Let it be remembered that in this thread @bk78 casually cracked a member into confessing that they don't grow or smoke.
Why be so rigid? we're all mostly a bunch of novices who grow for personal use, friends, family, etc. To the best of my knowledge, this isn't a forum for commercial growers. People buy a grow tent and post 10k times on a forum and end up with some kind of complex about it, where they have to bust people...or "crack" them into some kind of submission. Grow the fuck up..

If someone has experience with growing any plant/vegetable or an interest in horticulture in general then I think they have something of value to add to this forum. If you love growing marigolds and you are good at it, that experience pertains to growing pot.
Let's talk about horticulture and help each other out. This forum has the potential to be a collective brain trust that we all can benefit from. Anyone that has a genuine interest in contributing actual information about growing plants is breath of fresh air to me. I get bored with all the pointless drama.

As someone else said it does look a little like it(OP's plant) has a sulfur deficiency, but it's hard to say for sure.

There actually are quite a few commercial growers around this site and many others that grow for personal and have been growing for decades. As with any forum regardless of topic you're going to have all kinds of squabbles and spats. I personally prefer a site like this that isn't a complete censor fest. I laugh at some, join in on some, ignore others. It's the internet. It is what it is. Some people hate me some don't. In the end it really doesn't matter. I do get annoyed at those that go overboard and start talking about people's mothers or referencing acts to be performed on certain body parts. That stuff is just going too far and usually comes from some novice grower that refuses to listen and then gets clowned and lashes out.

As for a good legitimate argument and some mild ribbing. That's just life.

I just started some marigolds from seed. I grow all kinds of stuff.

I think those with some background in growing pretty much any kind of plant that applies that knowledge to cannabis is going to do better than those whose first foray into any kind of gardening is cannabis and have been seduced by all the marketing nonsense and plethora of products targeted to cannabis growers.

A good percentage of newer cannabis growers end up having issues because they bought into using a box full of bottles and ridiculous feeding charts. Excessive fertilization is a leading cause of all plant issues. Anyone that's grown any plant knows that. When cannabis is the first plant many have grown and all they have to go on is the marketing nonsense from some cannabis specific nutrient company they can easily be led to believe they need this and that, more not less, etc...
