Literiture says to much is to much.... toxicity is an entirely different thing, and is often the result of lack of antogonism or to much avilability

High N promotes mass growth, stalks, leafs, mass but not metabolites like thc, cannabaoids, terpenes. This is evident in many studies both on cannabis and other plants.

I believe ive read concentrarions over 320 and under 160 is detrimental to thc production.

So my question is do you even know if you are negatively impacting your plants growth.

Whats your numbers?

i'd have to put them in a nute calculator to be accurate. i just switched up nutes.

but i know that the target N for Lucas formula is 100 ppm (elemental)

mel frank is 40 to 100 for bloom

guy named pHimbalance is 0 to 50 for bloom

so those are way below what you say is the lowest acceptable N level for bloom

I agree with this. I see a lot of people complaining about a high leaf to calyx ratio when their plants are chocked full of nitrogen. I've been thinking about switching off of Jack's calnit to something else during flower because it has a high N ratio.

A few examples:

Jacks at full strength (3.6/2.4/1.2) is 160 ppm N
Maxibloom at 7g/gal is 90 ppm N
