6week strain

I was just teasing you man. There's no way anything is done at 6 weeks.
Hash plants from the desert sometimes only get watered a handful of times their whole life and have developed the trait of ultra fast ripening because they must reproduce before they run out of water otherwise their seeds won't make it to the next season. Over thousands of crops they have been selected for this trait. Also hashplants don't always have to make full buds they just have to make a lot of resin. Although they will make full buds usually when given extra water.

So you trust dispensaries numbers to? They work for charity now and not profit anymore?
OK so a tray of 100 clones sells for like 1000 dollars which means the club will pay you at least 2 or 3 hundred maybe more. So people buy plants and make clones all the time. I've had pretty good luck buying them where I live. Basically random people need to pay their power bill and have extra clones they need to cut from a mother to keep it small or to many plants. So they cut them up and root them to make a quick buck. You can find rare shit at the club tho u just have to test it. People usually only keep the plants they like so alot of the clones are good. Sometimes when someone tests a plant and doest like it they have one in veg still and chop it up to sell clones so you could have bad luck to but it doesnt usually happen like that. Usually a clone hits the club scene in an area and circulates for like 5 or 10 years before people get board of it. After that you can only find it sometimes unless a dispensary is making it over and over again in house.

Do you mean the clone only Cheese? And sorry to burst your bubble, but lots of us can get clone only strains.

The first time I ever heard of Shwag, Mex, or Brick, was when I went to CA. :bigjoint:

I mean blue cheese clone only found in North Cali dispensaries. Obviously anyone who can go to a despesery can get clone only strains so you didn't burst my bubble that's the only place I've ever gotten them just like most people lol. The insinuation being blueberry #4 which is in blue cheese is mostly afghan kush.

Unfortunately that was 10 years ago and the only pictures taken were on the camera of a friend I don't talk too any more. But if u see the clone in Cali ide say it's worth a try if you need fast flowering. Just be ready for early sentience. Once those hairs turn brown like overnight you gotta cut her down. Alot of people grew that strain that year and left them out until late October. Hoping for a bigger yield. All the bud of that strain was moldy and brown from over ripening, even though during growth they looked amazing. The only good examples I've seen were harvested by September 15 ish

If I had time ide make one for you that says the psudo-science is strong with this one. And put jar jar binks smoking on it
Here’s an idea to shut everyone up!

Log a journal from start to finish.

that’s usually how you shut up any nay sayers.

when you jump on a forum and start claiming things without any evidence other than someone’s word it’s gonna be hard for anyone to believe what you’re saying without thinking you’re just harvesting early.

I think a lot of the problem stems from interpretation of breeders flowering times.

When they say 8 weeks of flowering do they mean 8 weeks of 12/12 or do they mean 8 weeks of actual flowering after the “stretch” as the “stretch” in most cases is classified as veg growth still as the plants are in transition.

Just because we switch to 12/12 straight away the plant doesn’t trigger hormone responses straight away hence the transition to flowering which when grown outdoors is a gradual transition to flowering due to nature.

Its not the real clone only uk one i can say that with certainty its tightly held in the uk where im from mate you may be growing a clone only of it found in usa but to those in the know you aint growing what we would call the original sorry man it is what it is
Bro I sed BLUE cheese as in blueberry x cheese not the UK clone only. Blue cheese is an American clone only. It is not UK cheese clone only. Probably related tho. Someone probably found a bag seed in UK cheese and brot it back to America where they crossed it with bb#4 making the blue cheese strain. Ide bet cash it's UK cheese s1 x bb4 that would explain the short flowering period because the s1 may have isolated the shorter flowering afghani in the UK cheese skunk liniage. And then cross linked it with the afghan kush in blueberry #4 resulting in some progeny with 6 to 7 week flowering which must have been a trait in the phenotype that they kept because this thing finishes too fast for most people and spoils if you aren't ready to harvest early. Also have to make sure she's ready to flush that early or it'll taste like nutes.

Usually they mean from the day you flip indoors and the day you see pistols outdoors. Commen sense really. However people seem to be having this problem with the PCK strains as they apparently stretch for like 3 to 5 weeks without setting much flower before they really get going. I keep seeing people talking about how they cut their plants down and waisted the crop when they should have just put it in flower early to compensate.

The only one i can think of is toejam from dj short as far as usa bluecheese type terps strain wise and its a 12 weeker so idk of any 6 weekers in that line wonder what line you got then

Where do you get your incorrect information? PCK strains stretching for 3-5 weeks? That's pure nonsense. I've been growing PCK for years and have made multiple crosses with it. None of them stretch for 3-5 weeks before they get going.

You also say Sensi /White Label Afghan Kush is done in 6 weeks. 6 weeks is 36 days. It says on their website 45-55 days. I've grown it and it is not done in that time. I've also grown their Hindu Kush which says 45 to 50 days and is not done in that time frame either.

You are harvesting early and just don't realize it.

Instead of harvesting early and repeating something you heard online why don't you grow these strains that you seem to be an expert on until they're actually done and then come back and tell us how that too early 6 week harvest is better than harvesting at 8-10 weeks when the flowering is actually done.

It's too bad for you that you're harvesting your weed early as you'd have a better product if you didn't.

OK USA clone only Blue Cheese is not a line of seeds. It is S1 UK cheese x blueberry #4. Both UK cheese and BB#4 have afghan kush in them which has phenotypes which flower in 5 to 7 weeks because they don't have enough water in afganistan and they only water a few times during flower then they cut it down and make hash. So over thousands of crops they have bread a supper short flowering strain which is in UK cheese because UK cheese is an IBL of skunk and skunk has afghani in it. Bb4 is also heavy in Afghani kush. Hence the progeny of BB4 and an s1 decendant of UK Cheese that had homozygous allels that coded for short flowering because the s1 process chopped off the sativa side of the skunk line leaving a primarily Afghani plant that still had cheese smells but a more kush high and flowered in less than 7 weeks. Created a sweet sticky light blue bud with a blueberry candy cheese smell. It has grayblue/cammo/green leaves that are highly serrated. Highly serrated leaves are an afganica leaf trait BTW.
