I'm going to say soil with no perlite.

32 RH with 115 degree temp. Watering..... non existent.

I'm having a hard time grasping what the hell is going on in that room. Trash everything, clean that mess up, and start over. I'm probably going to have nightmares for weeks after looking at those photos. That room is disgusting. Seriously, how do you let your grow room get like that?

Even though people are ragging on you, if you would just take some time (i.e. not be lazy) to answer people's questions they would still give quality advice for the next round. As strange as things look, it seams like you have invested some time in this, why not be successful eventually.

5 weeks into flower? Just put them out of their misery. Start over after you clean that stable up. They probably tried to off themselves from having to live in such conditions. There’s literally a crackhead sativa landrace growing in the crack of a broken sidewalk doing better in life. Sorry man… but you seem to have way too much going on here to fix.
