This is all 3 of the plants I have outside that are starting to look weird.. I haven’t use ph balance water yet cuz I forgot to order a ph meter could that be it ? Or is this calcium deficiency

Shouldn’t have any deficiencies yet being that small and in soil. If you planted them in those big pots first I’d say you that’s why your having issues. What light you using and are you circulating your air with fresh air.

Ummm? What you mean what light I’m using
 
Umm all the info is there autoflowers FOX FARM OCEAN FOREST SOIL been inside until yesterday took them to my spot transplanted them could be stress but idk they were under a mats hydro light been given em plain tap Water since they popped
They’ve been inside for three weeks and are that small? What light did you have them under inside? Did you harden them off?
 
Lots of issues, whatever you did before transplant they weren't growing. Now transplant plus being in the sun for the first time is big shock for them 2
I didn’t do anything to them b4 transplant just fed them water but the transplant kinda went bad cuz the soil was dry so you know how that is taking em out the cups it was a mess
