Right so I’m about to start new grow but usually what I’ve done on my previous run I put germinated seeds straight into main pods and right under my hps light which wasn’t a smart idea as I had problems with stretching, overwatering and whatnot. Now I intend to put seeds on wet towel as always but then put them into small plastic cups and I might actually get one of them seedlings kit from Royal Queen seeds tho I don’t know if that’s necessary, anyways, once they’d get bit above soil and got their cotyledons I would move them to slightly bigger cup or pot and I want to use CFL lights to start with for the next probably 10-14 days until they got proper leaves then I’d move them to main pot under HPS light
Now the question is as I’ve never used CFLs and never repotted. What size of pot should I use when I’d be moving them from them small cups to place them under CFL and finally what CFL should I use, my grow tent is 3x3 and I’d be doing 4 feminised photo periods. The final pot would be 3 gallons.

first Choice L.E.D but if not possible because of cost I rather do T5’s 
ole reliable with the blue spectrum the red ones are for flowering which I’ve done before but that’s another story lol
