Curling leaves near bud sites in flowering

I'm growing BCN critical XXL in an organic soil medium (1 week flowering). Watering once every two days (tap water left for 3 days to let the chlorine evaporate)and feeding once a week.
I'm seeing curling leaves (fan and sugars) that are on the top of the plant/bud sites (PICS ATTACHED). No problems are seen during the veg phase.
the temps during the day are 26-30 C and humidity 40-60%. Mars hydros ts1000 light 30cm height

If your looking for a plan of action some pretty solid things said above, let her dry out a little see where you go you should no roughly by weight of the pots when shes getting ready for a watering/feed, as for another thing ive been messing around with the ts1000 my self, try dimming her to around 50% while she bounces back, keep us updated.

Update 2 days after no watering. Soil still feels a little moist, not dry. the leaves look a little more curled and small. Hopefully she'll recover soon.
