I have never been okay with uninformed decisions. I guess I expect more out of our leaders than you do. And that's fine. Like I've said before, Pennsylvania is not my state so this is not my vote. But I do enjoy seeing how low the Democrats are willing to put their standards into who they think should represent them. I expect in November, we will see what the good people of Pennsylvania decide.

I also refuse to take the low road and say mean things to or about people I may or may not agree with. My experience with high-credentialed individuals is that the spread between average values is less than a standard deviation in each group. Statistics (predicated on gaussian math) reveal that using a credential as a predictor fails on the large size of the standard deviation.

I agree that credentials in general can be poor indicators. Fact is I know many people with master's degrees who are idiots. At the same time, I'm sure that it's not easy to graduate at the top of your class from Harvard, and does take substantial brain power.
