That's the problem with defining something with a word. I'm conservative and liberal. Freedom demands it.
Here is the image that will define the republicans for a generation! Conservatives my ass, show it to your conservative relatives, the religious ones and ask them what beliefs they share with this fucking moron! A picture speaks louder than 1000 words. I'd get a meme poster made and put it on the wall for them to stare at!

Congress should order up a few of these costumes and require senators like Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz to wear them while on the capital property.

He was a fucking criminal, that in order to be elected gave weapons to Iran to iniate a confict with Iraq & support the Contra's in Nicaragua.
Fucking fact
Look it up
Fuck Reagan
Come on, he was the Gipper Ronald! Look what they forgave the Grifter Donald!

How many times did Donald sink in the polls after acts of public stupidity only to magically rise again after a few weeks? So many were so quick to forgive and forget Donald's many sins and transgressions. He probably still has 50 million morons supporting him and another 25 million who would like to, but...

Get rid of the domestic disinformation system and regulate social media, pass hate speech laws and change the FCC to include cable and the internet. Change the AM broadcast band to digital, good bye hate radio, the free ride is over. It won't take long for the alternative universe to disappear or be driven to the corners of the internet. Much more needs to be done including improving rural access to regular broadcast TV and highspeed internet.

You've got the government, a broken GOP, a done for Donald and the wind of change at your back now. The MAGATS are on the run and Uncle Sam is starting to stomp them as they scatter like cockroaches. In sacking the Capital they followed Donald through the gates of Hell and made some very serious enemies.

What happened in the Capital was a culmination of the last 4 years and a glimpse of where gullibility and mass stupidity can lead. With that I do hope this will change the perspective of the people as the democracy of the country was challenged like never before, not by some fringe group of deplorables but by almost half the voting population (changed it from half the population hanamal lol), anyone who supported him is culpable and they are already doubling down. Do I think this will have a longer lasting effect than the Georgia election, yes I do but I hope in a good way. Not holding my breath though, pretty sure he and his followers are way past any intelligent thought or humility.

Rabble rabble rabble :cuss:lol
They were so caught up in their own world sacking the Capital on live TV that they forgot the reaction of the people sitting at home watching it unfold on TV and that of the aftermath. They forgot to look up into the eyes of the people and see the fury, they thought they were the only ones who were angry or who had a right to be angry. Trump destroyed the republicans, but the sacking of the Capital destroyed the Trumpers, they poured gasoline on themselves and lit the match.

Donald will have the biggest long term effect on the republicans by destroying them and breaking them up. Those who want to remain on this side of the looking glass of reality and those who chased the rabbit down the rat hole. The serious base of lunatic Trumpers mobbed and sacked the Capital and self immolated themselves in doing so. If they try anything armed in the Capital or DC area before or on inauguration day they will be profoundly stupid and many will be dead and the rest imprisoned. The free ride for these fucks is over and they will soon be shocked and stunned at what the law is gonna do to their asses.

Wait until you see this shit reflected back at them in legislation and policy, on the streets and in the courts.

The GOP crying about Stinky being impeached a second time is just more gas lighting. How will we come together if the democrats won't move on and forgive, FUCK THEM. They've spent 4 years talking like democrats should killed or locked up, then they try to stage a coup in which 5 people died. Just supposed to forgive treason and murder and move on, what a load of horse shit. There were many of the GOP involved in this coup attempt and they need to be in prison period, treason and murder are not to be forgiven and if they are this country is already dead.

It is gonna take some time and the older people are the less likely to change. The average 20 to 40 year old Trumper does have much more of a capacity to evolve and change and some will. Old ideas (conditioning) die with the people that hold them and are replaced by new people with new conditioning.

Think of all those multiracial couples you see in advertising these days and the other kinds of "normalization" and tolerance you are seeing promoted. These people are professional advertisers, branding is creating biases remember, and these people know how to do it. Some people see this "pernicious" influence as a threat, but it is conditioning generations of Americans and normalizing biracial and gay relationships in many commercials. This is but one example of liberal culture eroding the world of shit these MAGATs live in.

It's not like we liberals are standing around playing with our dicks, those that have them anyway!

Words are important, look at how the right re-contextualized the word liberal to become almost a curse word to some Americans.
I've always saw an irony in the demonetization of the word "Liberal". Here it is equated with socialism/communism. But in Russia Liberals are fighting against the communistic reign, though it's not communism in the truest sense. Republicans are banking on keeping there followers misinformed and weak.
I got a sociology book which deals with definitions of ideas and concepts in society. Kinda blew me away with its definition of conservatism.

"Conservatism is based on a relatively pessimistic view of human nature as basically evil, unreasonable, and violent if left to its own devices. The only way to control this destructive potential is to enforce rigid moral codes through strong traditions, social INSTITUTIONS, and a hierarchical society governed by ELITES whose power rests on both inherent superiority and private property inherited across generations. This implies that social inequality is inevitable and, necessary to maintain society."

The comedian Steve Martin once said that he took two years of Sociology in college "...which was just enough to screw you up."
