Ukrainian President Zelensky Address to Congress

The United States of America is actively being invaded on the south border. There are a large amounts Fentanyl coming over the Border. Instead of hiring more border guards the United States has 87,000 more IRS ages to harass the citizens. I still think personally I like the idea of Russia's getting his ass beat but citizens of the United States are more important to me than the citizens of Ukraine are.

You need to stop readng right ing bullshit about the hiring of new IRS employees.
Those IRS Agents are to be phased in by 2031. Most of them will replace those that will retire.
tRump not being audited like is federally mandated for all presidents, and then when they started an audit 2 years to late, they only put one auditor on his case, and claimed they only put one because of inadequate funding, and didnt have the agents to do it.

The Inflation Reduction Act, a landmark climate, health care and tax package that passed the Senate on Sunday and is expected to head to Biden’s desk after the House approves it on Friday, includes roughly $78 billion for the IRS to be phased in over 10 years. A Treasury Department report from May 2021 estimated that such an investment would enable the agency to hire roughly 87,000 employees by 2031. But most of those hires would not be Internal Revenue agents, and wouldn’t be new positions.
At the same time, more than half of the agency’s current employees are eligible for retirement and are expected to leave the agency within the next five years. “There’s a big wave of attrition that’s coming and a lot of these resources are just about filling those positions.
In all, the IRS might net roughly 20,000 to 30,000 more employees from the new funding, enough to restore the tax-collecting agency’s staff to where it was roughly a decade ago.
The IRS currently has roughly 78,000 employees. According to John Koskinen, who served as IRS commissioner from 2013 to 2017, that’s down from around 100,000 when he first started. By the time he resigned four years later, he said, it was clear that the agency was in the grip of a systematic attempt by the GOP to weaken it.
It’s an effort that goes back to 2010, when Republicans took back control of the House of Representatives and immediately instituted a series of crippling cuts on the IRS. Since then, overall funding for the IRS has fallen further, by more than 20 percent, while enforcement funding has dropped by 31 percent. That’s made it easier for high-net-worth tax cheats and major corporations to avoid federal taxes to the tune of billions of dollars.
“The largest corporations in the United States with over $20 billion of assets have had their rate of audits go from nearly 100% to 50%,” says Janet Holtzblattt, a senior fellow at the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. “Among wealthy individuals who had a positive income of a million dollars or more, the audit rate fell from 8.4% in 2010 to 2.4% in 2019.”
Meanwhile, the employee shortage only made it harder for average Americans to reach IRS customer support, which has been inundated with requests far beyond what the staff could handle. “I used to say there’s no Democratic or Republican way to run the IRS,” Koskinen says. “The people who are significantly disadvantaged are the average taxpayers who have a simple question and can’t get through. Those are Republicans as well as independents and Democrats.” As of last month, the IRS backlog included 10.2 million unprocessed individual returns.

Funding from the Inflation Reduction Act will also go toward tech modernization. The IRS currently uses technology from the 1960s, called COBOL, to process and intake individual tax returns. According to government officials, the agency has struggled to find workers who are still equipped to code under the antiquated system.

And just like weed. If you think they are really going to stop fentanyl from coming from Mexico, youre delusional, not to mention most drugs come in from points of entry, not across some unpatrolled border. How many decades did they try and stop weed coming from Mexico?? At least 50 years, and it was/is a failed effort, and still is. Bottom line is they should probably legalize all drugs, and take the illegal profits out of it. Do like Spain, and Portugal. Youre never going to stop peoples thirst for drugs of all types. Including Alcohol. Alcohol is still probably the worst of all of them. Almost 50% of all domestic violence, and fatal car crashes are alcohol related.

As for Ukraine, Russia needs to be stopped in its tracks and not be a threat to all of Europe by succeeding in Ukraine. If they succeed in Ukraine with no opposition, they will have no reason not to invade another country. Instability in Europe, would be a direct threat to the USA.
Also whenever the Democrats want to do things for the citizens of the USA, the reTHUGliKKKLANS scream socialism.

Plus you do know that when Ukraine left the old Soviet Union, the USA pledged to protect Ukraine from invasion, if they would give up all their nukes?? So in 1994, they gave up all their nukes, and we promised to protect them. Simple as that.

The Democrats want to control the border by adding more Drones, and Sensors to control the border, and the reTHUGliKKKLANS have fought them every step of the way. A wall will never work, as seen by people scaling the wall tRump built in under 5 minutes. And if you build a 30 foot wall, they will use a 40ft ladder, or dig under it, like they do in San Diego.

No argument that you may produce, will ever make it okay for people to invade United States of America. In fact it is against the law. The current president is not enforcing the laws of the United States of america. No one should ever be rewarded or compensated for breaking the law either. Three things to find a country. One of them is the Border another one is the law of the land and the third one is the language. Every single person that crosses into United States of America illegally is invading the country. There's no other definition for it.

There are in fact legal port of entry into United States where someone can come and claim Asylum. Most of it Invaders do not do that. I maintain sovereignty over my own personal property and every country has a right to maintain their own sovereignty

Most of these people are in fact turing themselves into ICE, and want a court hearing for asylum, and they have a legal right to do so.

People fleeing persecution have the right to seek asylum

Previous administrations have correctly not prosecuted asylum seekers for illegal entry. Doing so is a violation of domestic asylum law as well as international human rights law because asylum seekers have the legal right to seek asylum.

Domestic law is grounded in widely-accepted international standards, starting with Article 14 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 27 of the 1948 American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man, and continuing with the 1951 U.N. Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees.

There is a bona fide argument that entering the U.S. without documents to seek asylum is never entering at an improper time or place — especially considering that CBP has been turning asylum seekers away at the bridge so many people have no other option but to cross without documents. To the extent that the illegal entry statute may conflict with our asylum law, the asylum law trumps the illegal entry statute due both to its long-standing and widespread acceptance, and that the illegal entry statute was never intended to prevent people from seeking asylum.

As of now, thats the law. Dont like it?? Tough shit. Its been the law for more than 70 years.

Why do you think immigration facilities are so full?? Because the vast majority seeking asylum, do in fact turn themselves in to immigration.

And do you know the Biden administration deported more people in his first yearr than tRump did in 4 years??

tRump deported 400,000 people in 4 years, and Biden deported 750,000 in 1 year. FACT.

Makes sense to me since more illegal immigrants for crossing the border now than before. Are you trying to suggest it's okay to legally enter United States of America and invade the country as an illegal immigrant? Liberals and socialist often trying to find a way to work around the rule of law. Dave aliens Crossing invading United States of America or decimating forms along the border. I suppose some way and your associate democratic form of viewing things you may find that to be okay. While someone who legally belongs and own property in our country can be severely impaired by those infringed upon the country's sovereignty.

I suspect you would be the kind of person that would be fine if her neighbors home was overtaken by homeless people as long as the homeless need was greater than your neighbors. Either way, boundaries mean nothing to you

Its been the LAW for 70 years that people that are fleeing persecution have a legal right to get an asylum hearing. And all of these people that are at the border, are waiting to turn themselves into immigration and petition for a hearing.

Thats the law dude, whether you like it, or not, and its been the law for more than 70 years.

And Desantis, and Abbott are such lowlifes, that they lied to people that had court hearings, documentation numbers, and had them moved to cities far away from their court hearings, so when they have no way to travel 2 thousand miles back to court, they can say,,,, see, those people broke the law, and didnt show up for their hearings. Yet they were displaced 2000 miles from where they are scheduled to go to their hearings, and dont have the money to get back to the hearing. If they took them 2000 miles from their places for the hearings, why dont they pay to have them flown back to their hearings???
BECAUSE THEYRE NOTING BUT A BUNCH OF NO GOOD MOTHERFUCKERS.

The law sttes regardless how you enter the USA if you enter, and report to customs for a hearring, you have a legal right to a hearing.

It doesnt matter how one enters the country as long as they turn themselves into Immigration. THATS THE LAW DUDE. Not my opinion, but USA, and Intrenational LAW.
Sucks you dont like the law eh?? But is been the law since 1948.
reTHUGliKKKLANS had plenty of time to change the law, but they never did, and trump had the House, Senate, and the Presidency.
