How do I care for a stunted plant?

Hi everyone. I have a stunted plant that I have decided not to flip into flower. I really like the genetics, so I am going to put it back in the veg tent until it heals, then strip it for clones to use on my next run.

The plant was doing very well until I topped the 3 main branches at once. Then the water consumption slowed and the rockwool became over saturated with water. I have since corrected the dryback cycle in the cube and she is staying green and fairly perky, but is still having a hard time growing large leaves.

How should I care for this?

What should my nutrient strength be while she is recovering? (Currently around 800ppm with RO water)

I'm also worried she may have some root rot, how should I treat this in rockwool? (I normally grow DWC)

I have a 40w kind led bar in the clone tent where I am going to put her.

Any recommendations?

Are these plants from seed? It's possible that plant is just runty. When I notice plants are stressed after transplant etc I will dim lighting as low as possible and chill on watering them until they dry back then feed a light 1.0 EC solution (500 PPM) just make sure if your reading PPM your meter is x500 scale and not x700 scale or you will have to run 700 PPM instead of 500 PPM.

If you think there is root rot then water it only when almost dry and only lightly, don't hammer it with the same feed as the other plants that are not affected by the issue.

Also keep in mind when I say 1.0 EC I mean +1.0 EC on top of the base water, in my situation I use RO filtered water so its nearly 0 PPM. Different fertilizers will require different strengths. I use Maxibloom right now and the plants seem happy @ 1.0 EC drain to waste in coco.

Thanks. These were actually clones, and the mother was definitely a good producer. It rooted and was growing very well until I topped her three times when she was probably too small to bounce back.

Thanks for the tip on feeding. I'm going to move her back into my clone tent under a weaker light with diluted feed for a couple weeks before I take clones. Will adding Benny's to the feed help? Or will that just make the root issues worse?
