3500k 3000watt in a 2x2 x4. I just bought this light switching from a 1000wattt will it be ok whats goin on with yhe heights help please

You will be good, it draws 320W at the wall. Look out if you see any light stress symptoms. And consider to buy a better LED next time, like Mars Hydro or something similar.
Download a ppfd app and measure light at canopy level and adjust to a ppfd at 300-400 in Veg or a DLI according to some charts you can find everywhere
