Newbie with one year growth question.

So we have been growing Wilbur here for exactly one year now, she (im assuming its a she) is 11 inches tall but would be 15 inches as we added a few inches of KISS organics to her about 3 months ago.
She is an indoor plant with a grow light that I have set on 12 hours a day with blue, white and pink light,
Being that its been a year now and she is a dwarfy little indoor plant, am I doing anything wrong?
She just started flowering a month ago and has terpins growing allover her but just not growing all that fast, her sugar leaves are shrinking and only have 3 leaves but has a beautiful skunky smell.
Since its my first plant and she just keeps chuggin along should I be doing anything different for her or for the next one?
we started her out with a combo of vegetable and garden mix and then added the KISS organics several months ago, also I mixed water, flora grow, flora micro and flora bloom together with water from general hydroponics and every 3 weeks add a little of that to the top soil.
we spray her leaves with water daily and add water to her soil every other day or third day.
I am of the opinion to let her do her thing but open to ideas.

What watt draw from the wall is your light? But we could tell you more with a clear picture under normal light

Light leaks or shared light from normal light bulbs is definitively a problem as it is not isolated, I have purchased equipment for a grow tent and plan on starting a new one in that, 12 hours of darkness not all the time as she gets computer screen lighting in the mornings and at night if im in there.

Il let poor ole wilbur do her thing to see how she buds as she has nice terpins on her and her buds are slowly growing with a beautiful skunk smell coming from her,
not sure on the light wattage bought a 4 LED light tree for her from Amazon and need to learn what light clors to use in sequence as the next one grows.

She looks good and you've done well with little. I imagine with a tent, a real light etc...... you're going to be a very good grower. Just keep her going as long as she keeps getting larger.
