Trump To Turn Himself In

If this snake makes it into the campaign, the Democratic candidate will need to make it clear even to the reality-impaired that
a) you could vote for the rule of law, or
b) you could vote Republican.
He won't. Don't worry- it's the beginning of the end..a very big end. So much so, that no one will ever try it within our respective lifetimes. I know people are worried. Stay the course and all will be well.

He is one of the reasons I hope they don't jail Trump too soon, he can torpedo RINO RON!

Facts and policy don't matter to these folks, bullshit wars do and strongman shit do, they are looking to anoint the chief of their tribe/cult and the great white hope must be strong and manly. Donald's Teflon has recently fallen off and his shield of invincibility pierced, his Achilles heel was he was a heel, all of him, not just the ankle. It is that myth of invulnerably and being above the law and accountably that was his attraction for many, here was a man who could set things right!
I think he already has. DeSanctimonious 'holier than thou'..Meatball Ron an ignorant slur against those of Italian descent.

Disney took the wind out of his sails and pulled a shrewd legal move.

We have to keep doing that with decorum.

You didn't want an option to vote Democrat? I highly doubt that folks are only going to vote for either a third party or Republican.

That's why what Disney did was brilliant..they acted within the law, but they acted.

He's indicted not convicted. John Gotti was acquitted three times before he was finally convicted. That's how the term Teflon Don came to be.
This is only the beginning. Georgia will have about a dozen or more indicted. Many, if not all names will be familiar to you. Then comes the DOJ.

Trumps dance card is going to be pretty full not much time for a rally.

Why? Is he like Jesus or something with a halo around his head. The law makes no provisions for Ex presidents whatsoever and equality under the law comes well before any such considerations. However, equality under the law begins upon indictment before a judge, not before, prosecutors have a lot of discretion. Once indicted and plead, the judge owns Donald's ass and has exclusive rights to it until conviction or acquittal, so if Donald does not behave, he could find himself in Rikers along with complimentary cockroaches. The secret service will have to make the best arrangements it can with the bailiff. The judge is God in these cases, not Donald and Taco Joe is gonna work for his money, assuming Donald pays him.

Donald often ignores the advice of experts and the counsel of lawyers, so there is a very good chance he will be in the crowbar hotel before trial.
I think he should shave his head ala Alex Murdaugh, get a few professional tatts; he'll find a home amongst the Aryans..he might become a boss and want to stay.

The State charges are going to be difficult. Good luck finding a jury in Georgia that will convict trump. If they did once their names were known they'd be threatened with violence, death threats, homes burned down, fired from jobs, etc... Imagine how maga would react once they got the list of names. That's a long shot getting a jury to throw their lives away which is what they'd be doing. Their lives as they've known them would cease to exist. Their children wouldn't be safe in school. It's not Blue New York. Georgia is in the heart of maga country.

Some of you don't seem to have a firm grasp on the reality of the situation. The law is not always fair and people are not always treated equally. The most likely outcome would be a deadlocked jury. There's going to be someone that won't vote to convict.

I'll wait to see what happens with the Feds. That's where the meat is at. All this other stuff is like the little kids table while the adults are in the other room.

The problem with your theory is he will be tried in half black and heavily democratic Fulton Co. They won't release the names of the jurors for that reason and lots of republicans will be testifying against Trump at his TV trial and it will be wall to wall national coverage. Will Donald show up in orange for his trial there? Will someone already have him in custody by the time his Georgia trial rolls around in late 23 or mid 24?

God Bless America

I love the attitude of “well it ain’t going to stick so what’s the point?”

So because Maga will threaten lives we should not prosecute a criminal?

well, they are, is the problem...some people want minorities and women to not have a voice, a choice in their own lives, they fear lgbtq people, and immigrants, and villainize them, make them targets in cultural wars that only exist because they lie to foolish people who believe them...Those people are different...much different.
Region to region and state to state..moving to Colorado was nothing like moving to Florida from New Jersey. Colorado was like another country.

Oh so trumps booking photos in Manhattan will be leaked but not the names of the jurors if there's a trial in Georgia. Gotcha.

Magas are just going to go away peacefully and watch any trial from the comfort of their own homes.

Election officials and their families are living with threats of hanging, firing squads, torture and bomb blasts, interviews and documents reveal. The campaign of fear, sparked by Trump's voter-fraud falsehoods, threatens the U.S. electoral system.

Late on the night of April 24, the wife of Georgia’s top election official got a chilling text message: “You and your family will be killed very slowly.”

A week earlier, Tricia Raffensperger, wife of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, had received another anonymous text: “We plan for the death of you and your family every day.”

In late November, the family went into hiding for nearly a week after intruders broke into the home of the Raffenspergers’ widowed daughter-in-law, an incident the family believed was intended to intimidate them. That evening, people who identified themselves to police as Oath Keepers – a far-right militia group that has supported Trump’s bid to overturn the election – were found outside the Raffenspergers’ home,

In Georgia, people went into hiding in at least three cases, including the Raffenspergers. Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, told Reuters she continues to receive death threats. Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson – a Democrat who faced armed protesters outside her home in December – is also still getting threats, her spokesperson said, declining to elaborate.

Then there was that plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

trump supporters are no threat at all.
