It's soggy out here today too....Got woke up by the rains early. In fact everything woke my last night....I must have been up 8 times. I see an afternoon nap in my future.

I have lots of plant maintenance to do though, and the grocery store is calling. It was Subway for dinner last night the cupboards are so empty.

The good news is my back feels a little better, after the steroid injections. He said he does a shit ton of SI injections, and they never last more than 1-2 months for anyone.,...Never the 3 months they make you wait. Dr. told me they have a new therapy he might have me try....Some kind of device you wear, but it's not electrical stim. He explained it but it went over my head. Something like a fluoroscope but for inflammation control, I think. I said I'll try it!
