Got home late tonight and missed the feeding, but I can tell that they got fed and the water shut off. Looks like the system is gonna work just fine. :D
Just happened to remember right at 630 thus morning to run back and check on the timer and pump and it ran perfectly. The only "complaint" is that a small, constant drip comes out of the air bleed valve when it's running, but I suspect that's from the low pressure from my pump. Gonna run to Home Depot to get the union valve I need to hook up the larger pump in a few as soon as I finish getting Chicken N Noodles started in the crockpot.

Any of you guys experiencing your hose coming out of your floraclips?

had one out yesterday and I noticed most of them had backed up quite a bit from where I had put them.

I think my pump is too powerful. The hoses move around a lot when the pump kicks on.

I added some rubber grommets to keep them in place.

I feel like I have spent 30 minutes watering my plants this week with a ye olde watering can, and you guys have spent hours fiddly farting with your hoses. Does the work curve eventually even out?
At the risk of giving this comment more weight than we have already provided I have a question about a check valve for siphoning.

Does the valve have to be above the bubbler? Or does it just need to be spliced into the supply line anywhere?

I ask because it won't fit in the reservoir due to how I have it set up. I was thinking about putting it near the air bleed valve, but then I remembered opening that valve all the way up and the water still siphoning.

I've spent 7 whole minutes watering this week, so going forward I am going to gain 23 minutes a week on you. Plus it's fun and helpful to work out our kinks together and onlookers learn stuff too. What you call fiddly farting helps keep my aging brain supple.
