Best lights for 2x2 in 2024?

Currently stuck between these 3 but are open to other recommendations:

Mars Hydro TS1000
XS1500 Pro
Migro Array 2

Migro array seems nice for temperature regulation as does the Mars Hydro but the XS1500 seems like it will outperform either for quite a bit cheaper.

Anyone with experience with these lights/brands that can give me advice?

Also how bad could temps increase over my current 50w led setup for germinating that seemingly alr exchanges more than enough air?

Honestly, Go with the highest wattage light you can afford and that will fit in the tent. If you can get a 300w light that fits in a 2x2, I would get it. You can always dim it but you will really be able to push hard in flowering.

Don't just look at the price and power consumption LOOK closely at the par maps and compare them at REALISTIC distances like 24" that's where the others will usually fall down.
Almost all of the cheapest (*cough * chiminilly) amz brands aren't measured at 24" but migro and HLG are...
They're all bright inches away but in the larf zone, not so much...

around 150 w is ab as high as I can afford, there's some really offbrand 200w on Amazon but I don't trust them as I can't find many reviews

Spend the money on the lights and pinch a penny elsewhere as it's your driving force behind photosynthesis.
The Migro and HLG units mentioned will last longer than the others and probably won't disappoint you when you least expect it.
Who wants to be the guy that's a few weeks from harvest and they go check on the grow, and your light died?
Even with the HLG gear here there's a few backup parts on hand and ready if ever needed. You're probably going to get a lot of "this one is the best because it worked great for me" which is fine, but many of those lights won't be working in two years or longer. The stuff I've got is about 4-6 years old and is still in great shape.
Migro is an HONEST man and usually doesn't dog on others products and will tell you if they are actually performing better than his own lights.
I've still got three amz style QBs that are usually sitting in a box and have been for over three years - those are backups to the backup parts...
GL!
8-)

Another cheap one I have is the AGLEX 240W LED Grow Light from Amazon. The driver is remote so keeps the heat out and it has a dimmer, not sure it would fit a 2x2 though :)
My Spider Farmer driver blew and it was cheaper to replace it with one off this than get an original
Edit: I just checked and it will fit nicely, good light spread too! Is $190 outside the budget?
or FARMLITE Grow Light LED on Amazon for $140 seems worth further investigation, dimmer and just fits in
