Soil advice

Right now I am currently using a sphagnum peat moss that is premixed with perlite, vermiculite, and premagreen organic compost soil, I but spray 1-2 tones a month. I'm have my tempatures staying at a steady 76⁰ with about 65% humidity. Someone's a little less if I win a higher fan speed.
I'm just now entering week 3 since I first started germinating the seed my plant has the cotalydons, 1 set of 1 finger leaves, 1 set of 3 finger, and another set of leaves that is starting to sprout. Does it sound like they are where they should be? I feel like they should be further along then they are.

Also for those of you that make your own soil what do you use.

The advice I would give you is If you're making your own soil, use a tried and true recipe, don't wing it or you'll end up with "Frankensoil". What are you spraying 1-2 times a month? Post some pics, that would be helpful.
