I know v.nothing about their offerings but I’m a couple eps into “Gushing Over Magical Girls”, and…um…*this* is different…surprising to see something this funny be this raunchy. Nipples seem to miss getting censored these days

Hi, y’all! Shit’s blown wide open here: wife has been thrown out by landlord…I have explicitly not been (*no* hanky-pinky involved on my part). I’m gonna spend a few months in CO & “get myself together”
In the mean time, tho, it’s time for summer anime, & winners for Spring season
Demon Slayer keeps getting better & better, Mushoku Tensei, too.
Reincarnated as a Slime is still fun, but seems a little too slick
1: Kaiju #8, which is terrific & looks like it’s gonna have legs; great design, good characters (not too cardboard, anyway), good animation
2: Dragon Raja. An little slow to unpack itself, but it’s gorgeous, designs & animation is great, music is great, show is tantalizing, looking for ward to more episodes
most of the rest were well done, but mid-quality for story & characterization. Special mention to The New Gate, which had major production problems delivering episodes, but managed to be an interesting & engaging show despite QA issues w/ animation, writing, direction, etc. Really hoping to see the team stabilize & put out more consistent episodes

Use noscript and firefox little bit of work finding whats the video player plugin but from 40 extension you need 3 or 4 rest is just for popups and shit

yeah me and you have the same qualities in our viewing in anime....
Demon Slayer....awesome...can't wait till the movie
Mushuku Tensei.....love the story, can't wait for more arc to arrive
Slime....the first section was good, this next section they're doing isn't bad, like to see how the festival the slime is prepping and how that's gonna go down....overall not bad...
Kaiju #8.....still amazed at the artistry and how they developed it, supposed the final episode is gonna be this weekend...can't wait for another drop...
Dragon Raja....love the scope of it, just wish the OP would have came out earlier than in the last to episodes, just dragged on till then....
The New Gate....i knew something happened when the animation went south, overall good story, just hope they get the animation situated
Couple of others i'll mention:
Wind Breaker.....it's very good
Solo Leveling (english dub)....is awesone...second arc coming out soon
Moonlit Fantasy.....still good, glad they kept the animators and story line the same.....
Chillin in Another would with second lvl super cheats.....this one was a surprise....
Re: Monster (english dub).....this was also a surprise for me, it's actually good....

Brothers Grimm anime on Netflix is interesting I’ve only watched three or four episodes but I will finish them at some point. All the Baki Hanna series are pretty if you like the arena style fighting anime. And I watched one a couple weeks ago that’s based on a video game it was really good but I can’t think of the name, it was so good I couldn’t stop watching and stayed up all night until I had to get ready for work the next day. It took me four days to get over that lol.

Solo Leveling *IS* awesome - a lot of it, to me, is the pacing, that really lets the story come out. That’s what made Dragon Raja work for me: we see Mingfei hanging onto shit that’s oppressed him his whole life, he’s even participated in his own grinding down, to where he’d taken up doing it to himself. Break it, let it go, BE ALIVE! ACT!
AISI we had to be at the end of our rope w/ him as viewers, so they could really wring out of him all of what he was clinging to & make viewers fell it. The pacing was tricky, there was always so much going on, but for me they pulled it off, and I’m really hoping for a new cour or season to show up. Then again, I’m just not into the hyper shonen stuff & probably won’t be, even if I do finish Boku no Hero. I like well-told stories, stories I can get lost in.
Speaking of, Re:ZERO season 3 is set for October; I had time & re-binged the 1st 2 seasons in prep, & I was blown away. I thought I’d followed it the first time thru, & thought it was great…but after rewatching it, I was amazed @ how much I missed…and it was AMAZING. Blew my socks off, like when I first watched Steins:Gate (thank you, Jeff, I’ll always appreciate you sharing that with us), so I’m highly anticipating new season & new arc (apparently there TONS of materI’ll in the hopper)
Tsukimichi is another better-than-it-should-be show, but it succeeds in so many ways. S3(4?) announced, & apparently Makoto has decided it’s time do something…deliberate. I swear, he’s gonna be the sweetest cupcake of a demon lord, *ever*
I liked Chillin w/ infinite LVL2 okay, it was likeable, but honestly there were at least two other shows that overlapped it & it seemed like a lot, so, I just stuck w/ New Gate
I saw re: Monster referred to as a season with no bad episodes, & agreed that his other choices lacked bad episodes IMO, too, so it’s on the list.

- VTuber Legend: How I Went Viral After Forgetting to Turn Off My Feed
- Our Last Crusade, or The Rise of A New World, S2
#1 is an enticing & funny romance, really good so far
#2 is a revenge saga isekai (but different)
#3 is off-the-wall funny
#4 is a fantasy, not an isekai, I really enjoyed the first season, glad to get a 2nd

Oops…*no*, the only terminal condition I have is *LIFE*. I’m not sick, but I am OLD, and most of what I have are things to be passed to the next generation…but the next generation doesn’t want any of it, doesn’t want to even know about any of it. There’s no one to take care it for me when I *am* gone, I can’t store it, & I can’t take it with me.
So, I’m graduating from a life spent caretaking hand-me-downs & family feelings into one where I actually get to do WHATEVER I WANT. I have plenty to do with my new life (singing, playing music, cooking, growing, meditating…might even try to restart my profession) & I can’t wait to land in it!
