Have some landrace crosses that are a little too lime green. I have some that are in the first week of pre flower and they are deep green. Top soil of ffof was added 2 weeks ago and I use Grow Big lightly every other watering. Do they need CalMag? P or K? Thanks, last pic is of my big girl I want them all to be like.

I’d say a lot more ffof. Them pots with them tall ladies. Needs more volume/biology in the root zone. Should prolly get some ferts and make some teas. They gonna really need it soon and plenty of it.
Nice plants :weed:

Use this chart and some common sense. If u want to keep it simple, I’d do a heavy top dressing of a good organic dry fert…..I use Gaia Green…..the 4-4-4 for veg and the 2-8-4 for flower.
Since they are just entering flower, I would go 2/3 of the 4-4-4 and 1/3 of the 2-8-4……they look like 5 IMG_7214.pnggal pots, so about 4 tbsp of 4-4-4 and 1 of 2-8-4. This will take u about 4 weeks. Then I’d do a heavy 5-6 tbsp of 2-8-4. If they’re a long flowering strain, u may hafta give one more a few weeks before harvest. Other than that, I’d give some sort of tea that u make or u can buy it…..Stump Tea is one that comes to mind. I use Recharge, which works well. The tea will keep the microbe situation where it needs to be……it’s a catalyst of sorts.

Awesome! Thank you. I have a couple 5’s and the rest are 7 gallon. I’ve been using extreme gardening tea with molasses and neptune fish/kelp. Gonna top dress with Pridelands and use your feeding schedule. I did get some Silica just to boost the stem wall to hold those buds up. When is the best time to supplement that? Now, the pots are full, should I replace top soil with top dress…I dont want to throw off the ph but shouldn’t be a problem right? Another issue is I’m gonna have to satisfy the individual plant because some strains are still vegging…that’s that common sense thing.

Actually just switched up order to Gai Green combo…it’ll make the chart schedule easier. Thanks

Sometimes if the top is really dry I’ll brush it out of the pot and mix a top dress of the dry fert, some worm castings and a small amount of new medium. The ph should not be a problem….never has been for me. I do ph my water because it’s pretty high (8.4) out of the tap.
Im not familiar with Pridelands but it it’s a dry organic mix, I would use the same reasoning as my Gaia Green advice. The plant needs a lot of N in the very beginning of flower and that need decreases as u get 3/4 weeks in.
I’ll usually top dress around week 3/4 with mostly 2-8-4 as plant is really building those buds and needing the max amount of P & K.
Good luck and I’ll check out the Prideland product.
