Week 5 12/12

Got some stanky going on. Starting to crystal up a lot now. She's set and ready to go the rest of the way. This girl catches light from both lamps. I rotate her daily.
I've started to bump up the Jack's Bloom. Just a small bump up in early to mid flower to see how they react. I see a happy girl.

How many colas ya think that is? Lol

Bud building time. 4+ weeks left to go.

I'll soon be throwing this youngster in flower. She'll only be 32 days above ground but I need the space for the Xmas grow. I'll prob clone her in flower and run her again if she does well. We shall see.

Real nice looking plants! Great job on the canopy.
I've been a Jack's user for 25 years. It just works.

Thank you, now I'm going to have to stalk you. Damn dawg 25yrs. I'm gonna have to go check out what your up to if ya got a thread going.

Jack's has been a great tool. I'll never change it now that I see what it can do.

Them colas are huge! Bravo!
Thanks man, that c99 isn't turning out the way I'd planned but they're doing okay. I'm rethinking the scrog them till 3.5 weeks and remove the screen gig.

It works well till late flower. Then I get what ya see. Buds sagging all over. I'd prefer they be standing tall and soaking up direct light. So a few minor adjustments are needed for the free standing trained plant. I've got some ideas that may help if I do this again.

Awesome looking! Nice fat buds, and so much going on. The C99 is spreading out nice. I never got huge yields off of it when I grew it,
Real nice work. Nice fat colas! The light must really be good in your setup.

Thanks man, I'm running a Szhlux 600w over her. I had a 400 of same brand running last grow. It did a good job so I up graded. Super lamp for less than $160. I may upgrade to their 800w sometime in the future.

That c99 is about to finish. Easy grow. I wish she'd finish I need the room..lol

I understand what your saying. But if ya time it right with a screen a secondary net isn't needed.

I trained that c99 a little to long into the screen. Then I popped it off just to see what happens. It did okay but not exactly as planned.

There's going to be a shift in the flower room. Moving some plants in. It's gonna be cramped until the C99 is done but I'll make it work.

Just an update.....

That move was a cluster fuck but I got it done. I tell ya trying to do things with a gallbladder screaming at ya sucks. After multiple breaks I finally got somewhere.

I cut the wire away from the scrog frame and removed the frame. Leaving the plants with their own floater screen to finish flower. By removing the frame I've got more room to maneuver plants.

Durban Poison flowering clone has started flower last night. The Tangie in the 4x4 will be joining it as soon as the C99 is done. But if I can cram her in there I will. That c99 should be ripe by next week.

Pic update coming. I was just to wiped out last night but today is a new day.

4x4 update....

Ive changed things a little again. This time I removed the scrog frame. The screens are still there but the frame had to go.
Doing this allowed me enough room to shove the Durban Poison in the flower tent. She's just a few days in flower. This is just before I pulled all growth back under the screen. I'll do this for a little while longer.
IMG_20240828_202241890.jpg

The Tangie is doing rather well. That floater screen has worked well with her. She's a solid 4+ ft circle of nice bud sites. Smaller growth in the center and larger growth on the perimeter. Couldn't have asked for more from her.
IMG_20240828_201236915_HDR.jpg

The Strawberry Banana has been a struggle. Very thick dense growth plant. It's been hard to thin and spread her out even with the screen.
IMG_20240828_201306982_HDR.jpg

The cjc91s have filled a solid 2x4 area. They are set and ready to go the distance. Easy growing from here on our.
IMG_20240828_201318850_HDR~2.jpg

The solo cjc91 is coming along pretty good for being thrown into flower early.
IMG_20240828_201255437_HDR.jpg

The tent is getting green. I'm loving the blanket of bud I have forming here. The whole canopy is about 2.5' in height and pretty even.

Just waiting on this girl to finish. The C99 is 9+ weeks in but not done yet. She needs to hurry up. I have another Tangie to take her place.

Lady in waiting....Tangie.

She had a little tiff with N tox recently. A few straight water feedings seemed to help a lot. I'm hoping to get her up potted to 7gal and flowering soon as Cindy is done.

Looking stellar, very nice bud great stuff.

I keep a net hanging at the back of the tent for convenience, in a jam i can net plants without too much hassle, I've ties on the poles so I can hook it up and secureit in a few mins, it's been mostly drying purposes recently but around 50 days± some plants were starting to fall over.

So I hooked it up and supported the plants that had fallen.

Cheers bud

That is a convenient tweak. Prob come in handy for that cinderella99 right now..lol

I usually don't remove the screen but gave it a try with C99. I thought for sure it would stay rigid enough to hold the buds...guess I was wrong..lol. These floaters are giving me a nice alternative with the others. Now I just leave the screen. I've yet to see how that'll work but it appears to be doing okay. I just need her to get outta the way..lol

Thanks for stopping by mate.

Thanks for your updates. I've been following your grow, because I was considering a perpetual scrog as well. I've grown for years, but indoors, I always had a bedroom with multiple lights at different heights.
These past 8 months have been my first tent grow. I am learning better light management and spacing. I'm good at mainlining, topping, LST, etc...I've been trying to find a way to introduce strains every couple weeks in a scrog.
You are rocking it, and I like your set up and intuitive approach!

I also want to see how you harvest a plant in the back corner, and introduce a new plant to the screen. I'm not sure how you can lift the metal grid, without disturbing the other plant support. Getting the old bucket out from under the screen will be interesting.
