Weather, flowering and best possible finish!

Hi all,
Novice grower, first time growing outside as I have now moved to the countryside and hopefully can avoid neighbours and our friendly police officers In the UK weed is a class B drug……

I am growing two plants ( Blue cheese and Stardawg) and planted them in June outside (I live in Devon) and have grown them in 50 litre planting bags, I give them the occasional nutrients every 3 weeks or so and they get a bit of rain this being England!

Do I leave them outside in the grow bags or do I take them to a not particularly sunny greenhouse or take the nuclear option and put them in a grow tent in my shed? Are the buds waterproof? Weather here in the UK is generally ok (don’t laugh!) but gets a lot more wet and windier during October (when I think the flowering finishes!)

Any tips or advice greatly appreciated!
Cheers
