Newbie. N learning. I found some pot seeds and decided what the heck. I’ll give it a go. For perspective the seeds were given to me about a year ago. Don’t know their lineage or anything bout them. Just curious a

anyway. I have questions.
I sprouted the seeds on paper towel and they took. Put them in good soft soil. So far so good. They are growing. Excellent. It’s been about 8 days. I have included a pic. .
My questions are thus:
1) should I put them in their own containers now? Or when?
2)should I fertilize? With?
3) it’s been warm outside so I put them outside out of direct sun.
I bought grow light. See pic. Any concern?
Ok nuff said. Any info anyone with pot knowledge would like to share is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. Ursula (ubest1)

Get them into their own containers ASAP, they're about to start tangling up in eachother below the soil.... Without knowing your soil nobody can tell you if you should fertilize, but they still look plenty green, you can probably hold off on ferts for another week or so. Look for the seed leaves (cotyledons) to start turning yellow.

Lots of info needed to really help you. What are you growing in? Seedling mix? What are you planning on transplanting them into (both short and long term). Some soils are preloaded, so you won’t need nutes for a few weeks. Absolutely get them separated into their own containers now!!! Start saving up, that light won’t do it! Even an Amazon knock off would be better, but if you can, by a decent light, mars, viparspectra, Philzon, etc. all have budget conscious lights.
