I’m curious what might be causing this.

These are indoor plants, in Mother Earth Groundswell soil.

Watered with dechlorinated tap water, pH 6.5, and I use Terp Tea bloom on them, with about 1ml of calmag per gallon of water.

I am in about the third week of flower. Is this an issue, or just something normal as nutes are pulled from leaves for the buds?

Not normal, plants look hungry as hell.
I honestly don’t know what to do if they are hungry because I feed Terp Tea compost tea once a week. I mean the next thing I could think to do is flush and test the run off, maybe they are locked out?

If your soil is tired a tea isn't going add much, especially the macros. Teas are meant to be a supplement.
Most people top dress fertilizer when they flip so the organics have time to break down and be ready for the heavy budding stage.

If you're not running pure organics the, only thing that will work immediately are soluble salt ferts, GH, Dyna-Gro....etc.

So if I’m using Terp tea I would want to use something as a base like Fox farms or something? I thought Terp tea was the whole thing and it’s all I’ve been feeding up to this point.

Yes, you need to supply macros. Teas are supplements mostly designed to boost soil health by introducing beneficial microorganisms and sometimes hormones from extracts like alfalfa or kelp.

Terp Tea Bloom has an NPK of 3-7-4 which is almost the same as Fox Farm bloom liquid. I’ve been thinking of switching to a liquid any way. I don’t know what’s going on with my grow and there is hardly any info on Roots Terp Tea

Look into Green Leaf Nutrients. Mega Crop and Bud Explosion are your best best bets. MC is used all the way through, though once in flower reduce at least by half or more, Once flowering use the Bud Explosion or Sweet Candy at a half dose each and a small amount 1/4 gram of MC just to keep a very minute trace of Nitrogen. These are easy to use, like a gram per gallon and used daily feeds through whenever you harvest. Right now they are giving away 400 gram bags of Mega Crop just pay shipping ($8 or $10) on a promo if still going. I started using these product this grow and am totally satisfied!

Do you add these to your water when you feed, or do they need to be brewed ahead of time in a tea?

I kind of like these powder nutes instead of messing with stinky messy bottles lol. I dont like brewing teas though.

I’m going to do that 400g deal because you can get all 4. Do you know if the pH goes down when you add the powder to your water? My water pH is kind of high at 8.2, and when I use Mother Earth Subterra it drops my pH below 7, so I don’t have to use a whole lot of pH down. I’m hoping this will do something similar to help get the pH closer to where I need to be.

IMy Ph out of the tap is 7, I usually Ph down to 6.3 area. Have not really noticed any real upclimb to it either when used. Your only adding a gram per gallon of their supplements, so I half dose as i am in good soil as well. I used Dynomyco and Spark early on to get the microbes working. I swear by the stuff. Helps your roots absorb all the products you give them and assists in any metal build ups, due to a healthy living soil. Good luck.
