I've got the MOB cut. Supposedly legit, and came from a guy from Mass on IG who's held her over 20 years. I sent him some Blueberry seeds, and he sent me the MOB cut as a thank you. The only requirement was to share it with good people, and to send him a cut if he ever loses it (if I still have it). He crossed MOB to a male from the BB seeds that I sent him, and he called it Berry God Mother. He made some other Blueberry crosses as well. I've seen some pics of the F1, and they look like a nice blend of both parents.

I'm going to cross MOB to a couple of Blue Magoo BX3 males separately, and make S1 too. The Blue Magoo cross should be really awesome, and they both should be true breeding. Blue Magoo is really medicinal in effect I've heard, but imo it kinda sucks to grow. As least for my style. MOB is hardy and forgiving, which makes her very easy to grow.

I've got a few MOB crosses in mind down the road.

Any idea where I can find that MoB cut? I'm still looking and can't find any online or anything. I don't even know where to start. Does the blueberry have a quick flowering time and mold/pest resistance? I am looking at something to grow outside in the northeast this year.
I'm from MA so I could drive up to Maine at some point to get a clone from a vendor. I just have no clue where to look lol

Thanks I saw this site but wasn't sure. They're out of MOB but I joined their wait list.

I was actually seeing about if the blueberry he had seeds from might have similar early flowering and mold/pest resilient traits. It's so damn hard to grow outdoors here in the northeast

Captain Redbeard Seeds has a MOAB " Mother of all Berries". Just finished one plant on last grow. Very frosty plant but low on yield. Is this the strain possibly talking about here?

Electric Stoner on Instagram has it. I have it as well, but am not in a position to send cuts for the time being.

MOB is said to have great mold resistance, but I will say that if you let the flowers get too big, without defoliating, they will mold. Even indoors, as I've experienced finding mold on her.

Im not sure what happened to electric stoner. He was active on overgrow for awhile and then just disappeared. Looks like he hasnt been active on ig for almost a year as well. Ill be getting his mob cut from a member on there. His cut has a pretty cool story. Been in the family over 20 years.

I'm not usually one to spread rumors, but someone told me that he burned a lot of people in the community, by not delivering on promises made. I know of at least one person that he promised MOB to, who never got it. I also talked to another person recently, who told me that he had burned several other people.

What I can say is that he did send me the MOB cut, so I'm cool with him on that. It took 6 months or so from the time that he promised it, and I sent him a few reminders in that time, and there was always an excuse as to why he couldn't send it. He even had the nerve to ask for more Blueberry seeds before sending the cut. It wasn't until he had a post on IG asking if he had wronged anyone that I spoke up and said that he never sent it to me. He later sent me a USPS Priority Mail package that had "MOB Cuts" written on the side of it. I shit you not.. Like WTF dude?

There's other stuff too that he did which was really fucked up, but to others. Like selling MOB S1 he didn't have made yet, and then having to refund them when it didn't turn out.

20 Yrs is nothing I was growing the real MOB here in maine 40 yrs ago. The real deal does not exist any more its been breed to death theres all kinds of cuts here in maine called MOB none are the same.

Id like to run it, or something comparable one day, but its not real far up on my priority list at the moment. Ive been hooked on the funkiest chem i can find. Maby one day. Wish i could still get the bubbleberry i used to get years ago. That shit tasted fuckin incredible!!!!!!!!

My MOB Magoo is a hybrid of MOB with Blue Magoo BX3, and it delivers the goods. MOB really helped to sturdy up the Blue Magoo side's weak frame, increase yields, add vigor, and impart an intoxicating berry aroma. While the Blue Magoo BX3 adds potency, and breaks up some of the dense leafiness of MOB. It also adds some complex floral notes to the pallet. Some phenotypes look like Blue Magoo on steroids.

The Early Bird was in my sights for an early finisher, but have second thoughts about it.

Early bird is no early finisher trust me its also a mold magnet trust me I wasted this whole last summer growing it very disappointed. An Docs iss is about as close to the real mob i have seen but Have not run it in a long time
