These jobs are being outsourced and the products made elsewhere— for cheap - just like all those red hats, gold shoes, and bibles.

Companies never eat the cost.

Some of the things made over seas is better off being made over seas. Look up the cost of an iPhone if manufactured in America.

I did say that companies won’t eat the cost, and that they'll pass it in to consumers.

I’m not saying that we need to make everything here, but merely trying to provide context for why it’s not feasible to do so.

I know, I was just agreeing with you.

No, not everything needs to be made here, but there's a reason why Americans buy goods manufactured in China. They're cheaper. Take away the cheaper, and what are you left with?

Americans voted a full repudiation of leftist ideology and handed the republicans full control. Popular vote. Electoral college.

and those Americans are not nazis, trash, Trumpers, or any other derogatory that flows freely in this forum.

the left needs to do some sole searching and realize America first is more nuanced than Trump is Hitler

I voted for the team he is building around him as much as I voted for him.

I am hopeful the connection between Rogan - Musk - Trump some meaningful change with how cannabis and psychedelics are treated in our country can happen. The Democrats failed us in 2021 and instead chose to campaign on the issue

I am very happy this election is over for you humans. Hopefully you all don't kill each other and finish ruining my planet. We will then be forced to finish you off and be rid of you once and for all.

We may forgive you tho if you pick Giorgio Tsoukalos for your next president. All of us living on the bottom of the ocean really enjoy his work ethic and belief system. Try to do better next time please :cool:

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone—there have been very few post removals recently, and that speaks to the effort many of you are putting into following the rules.

I truly appreciate how most of you are respecting the guidelines, and I don’t always give enough credit for that. While some members may have struggled with the rule changes over the last couple of years, it's clear that we’re more than just a political forum. We receive daily feedback from people outside the politics section who are appreciative of the positive changes and overall atmosphere.

That said, please continue to be mindful of how we treat one another. I know tensions can run high, but let’s try to avoid personal attacks and keep the conversations respectful. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

It's called a difference of opinion, which I'm sure we still share. So, I am curious though, are you cool with him getting rid of the constitution? The USA becoming a dictatorship?

I'm happy with the outcome.

I hope he follows through with all his ideas and restores law and order to the country. And yes, he's got a great team with him this time.
