Yes, but these brownies cook for 45 minutes. Probably didn't need to decarb at all. They just came out of the oven, smells wonderful.

i temp baked goodies all the time, including brownies, and they usually don't get any more than 210f if you're just baking until they're done. if you're burning/scorching them, that's probably more in the 220f range.

Just got home from a work week in FL....
Loved the windows down 83 degree weather but the area has a high level of black widow spiders.... brushing egg sacks off of the house was a iggy/ shiver feeling....

Hash melons seem happier in their new pots. Defenitely needed the heater in there, just have to switch the plants around every morning.
One closest to the heater dries faster, but they seem to like the rotation.
