I gotta ask why do people in north America sit in trees to shoot a deer Vs stalking it like we do over here?
Not all do.I gotta ask why do people in north America sit in trees to shoot a deer Vs stalking it like we do over here?
I've done both over the years. Some areas require you to be in an elevated stand in order to hunt with a rifle but hunters on the ground must use shotguns. The reduced trajectory from using an elevated platform with a rifle while aiming down is supposed to limit bullets distances as opposed to shooting flat. I'm too old to be climbing trees now so I just use a ground blind or a chair setup on the edge of a field.I gotta ask why do people in north America sit in trees to shoot a deer Vs stalking it like we do over here?
