Just some idiot
You should move to Cali, Oregon, or Colorado if you know what I mean? Dude 250,000 around here gets you nothing. I used to live in Clemson, S.C. it's beautiful down there. We took a couple road trips to Tenn. it was really nice and scenic.

I live in east Tennessee. It's pretty nice, other than being surrounded by bible thumpers. The nearly 10% sales tax isn't too fun either :-/

$250,000 MIGHT get you a 1 bedroom on 1/8 acre in FL!!!!!

Seriousley I used to live in Knoxville, and I have nothing bad to say about it. Very beatiful landscape up there.

The way they are pushing land up there though, it will be waaaay overpopulated in 10 years.

Tennessee is a pretty awesome place and the house you picked out is gorgeous. I grew up here in TN, and I have loved it. I grew up on a house boat in the middle of this huge lake, and it is paradise.
