that was in UTAH .. a cop came to my house to ask if i had seen a suspicious person in the neighborhood . he then said it smells strongly of marijuana. i replied "thanks ill keep my door shut." never seen him again. oh california how i love you

They lucked out. Most of the time they wont get the warning of cops coming to check it out... they'll just show up with a warrant. If that happens, youre screwed. They lucked out in that they had the time to dispose of the evidence, and if theyre smart enough to do that, I'd hope theyre smart enough to say the smell came from a joint.

hey, it's so bad here in non-medicinal states, i get paranoid when i'm laid off in winter that the nieghbors seeing me around all the time will make someone suspicious. in other words home all the time=what does he do for a living etc. not kidding, you have to be careful unwrapping a twinkie in your car at convienience store, someone is going to think your rolling a doobie...yeah, really

i dont think he is in some states it is really bad much worse than others and im in cali and i been stopped searched a few times for doing nothing that would draw attention
