Hey Tips, you don't like your camera? Is it the yellow tint?

IF that's the case, get out your manual and check out the WHITE BALANCE. Usually, you cannot adjust the white balance while using the Auto mode, but you can using other modes. I know I had one hell of a time figuring all of that out, but once I did, it made a huge difference in my pictures, the ones that were coming out yellowish. When you're doing close ups, or what is sometimes called "product photography" you often have to adjust the white balance.

And if that's not the problem? Just disregard all of the above!

Hmmm. Hair roots? That's why I've never colored my hair. I just couldn't see myself keeping up with the maintenance, but right now? I'm considering doing it, just because I never have! But Peacemane has made think again.

I was just seeing how my avatar, sig, and other things looked. I was trying to be inconspicuous but I guess choosing to jump into the conversation on the 11th page when there are 41 pages isn't very slick. I was distracted by the pics :bigjoint:

I just bought the camera yesterday and I like my kodak better. I may take it back and trade it for a kodak...

Hey Nugs, yes, welcome, as Tips said. But I'm a little kid [at heart] and I"m not scared!! And I"m not a man, although I am a woman. Tips is just confused, that's all.

I don't think one needs to be slick on this grow journal. One needs to have a sense of fun and not a huge ego to hang on this grow journal. There's a lot going on, both with the plants, and the barternder, er, uh, rather, the guy running the grow! Welcome.

Tips, what is it about your camera that you do not like? I want a new one. I'm sick of my camera. It's too big, too complicated. The size of it bugs me terribly. I'm hoping to find them on sale soon, because I've really had it with this one. So . . . what kind of camera did you have before and why do you not like the new one?

my old camera is a kodak 740z and I like it alot, but it has been dropped nad it has trouble with focus occasionaly. my new one is a sony cybershot. the kodak is easier to use.

hahahaah damn man my kodak easy share went thru so much shit!

one night bein all fuckered up on xanx i had to walk home... i had my camera and i accidently dropped the special battery for it. it was so dark i couldnt find it so i was like fuck it, ill just buy a new one.

well 3 days later me and my friend got stranded at this house and we had to walk the same route back to my house... believe it or not i fuckin found the battery in the grass HAHAAHA i couldnt believe it. i tripped out lol
and it still worked
i must have dropped that camera atleast 300 times before it took a shit on me lol

after I dropped mine it started making noise when it auto-focuses.
