Like most that have responded, it freaks me out to hear that a seed-bank would even entertain the idea of calling a law enforcement agency.
But, I do have to think it's a bluff on Nirvana's part. If it's not, how would the phone call go? "Um. Mr. or Mrs. Police officer. We here at Nirvana inc. were attempting to ship illegal items disguised as (describe stealth package here) through your customs services to (insert buyers name here) in (whatever city). Needless to say (buyer) says he/she never received his/her illegal items and has canceled the credit card payment. Would you be so kind as to arrest him/her and collect our 36 bucks?" That just begs to be forwarded to the State Department for some Marc Emory type action.
(EDIT) However, the transaction was never completed being that there is no proof of delivery. But, still. This puts me off of Nirvana. "Cops" isn't a word I like for my seed-bank to have in it's vocabulary.

nobodys getting my poing its not a matter of PAY OR NOT PAY its that they are DEMANDING it be by bank transfer, thats what I am not willing to do, so please no more reference to chump change and the like, its no the 36 or even if it was 360 id pay BUT not by bank transfer, unlike paypal, bank has SS numbers, home address etc........ so if they threaten with my info how could i in good judgement give them MORE Info? thats my ISSUE, and letting others know I got double screwed by this company

90% of us get it dude, you lost out got threated with the law by a seed bank company, the ones that understand you are from earth i cant talk for the rest, if you have nothing for them to find ''fuck them'' but to just let you know never order seeds to where you intend to grow, dont make a link, and a friends credit card is always best, hope you work something out.

You are correct, screw the bank thing. That's just more shit waiting to happen and it'll all fall on you. I'd send them a somewhat legal speak e-mail stating that you've mailed a money order to them and they should only cash it if they agree to the terms of the e-mail.

If you owned a online business. Or even a personal/local one and you sent something in the mail and never got paid for it, whut if everyone who didn't get their shit didn't pay? how would you/the company keep buying bulk and shit?

Am from the uk dude for many years i have a friend who sends for my orders never had any probs, he sends and then gives to me if they trace anything and he gets busted he has nothing in his home, but again why would they bust him its not illegal in the uk to have seeds in your home or to order them, but the minute you cultivate you are breaking the law, thats what they charge you with cultivating cannabis, i understand the usa etc is very diffrent but i also understand a threat from a company online or not, for me i would not pay them shit take it as a lesson and move on."friends credit card"?
