new house new grow

My last grow ended with me kicked out of my house

so this time its gotta be a stealth grow. I made a box for one plant using hardwood floor panels. I aded a pc fan for exhaust and a passive intake. I am using a 100w hps bulb with a remote ballast. The setup was cheap and easy, i had all the stuff laying around. waiting on seeds to arrive then i will post pics of everything.

it is small im gonna scrog it

Why do it 1/2 assed .. If your going to take the chance of growing at least get a few OZ outta it ..

i got a small space, this is the biggest i can do without it being really obvious

I agree you should have made it bigger, to me you should always grow more than they can punish you ie...
if you grow half a zip worth say $140
and get busted im sure the fine will def exceed your profit
its only economical to grow more.

reminds me when I used to sell, #1 rule: never exchange goods without making a profit

so besides the fact that it should be bigger, any other comments are welcome. i got it next one will be bigger. for now this is it and im gonna grow in it

i added a shade to the fan so less light will show. The temps were a little high so i will ramp up the speed of the fan.

The seeds have still not arrived, hope to get them soon.

moved it to the finally location, the temps are fine now that it is in a cool ambient temp with a faster fan speed. I did a light test today and it looks pretty good. You really have to get close to see it.

i took korvette1977 and GreenGold's advice and made a new box.
i used two rubbermaid containers, one 18 gal and one 14 gal. They are stacked together with a hole thru the center. I have a fan for exhaust and intake and have not installed the light yet.

I always wanted to make a small sog box
key points would have to be stealth and yield ( obliviously )
you should sit down and design something and build it by hand
that way you can customize the space you want and it makes it easier to incorporate ventilation etc.

I don't see a difference in yield between scrog and sog, only labor
scrog seems to be more intensive training to the net and all
in 6 months you yield say 8 ounces
in the same space you could yield 2 crops of 4 ozs doing sog, probably more
if you feel safe, go with high numbers of plants with 1/4 oz buds


it all comes down to preference

i can only get a 2-3 seeds so......need more to sog

ok, so i took your advice and got a bigger spot set up. I ran power and heat to my attic and set up about 4 sg ft of floor. i have a seedling and 4 seeds germing. Hope this grow works out. im running a heating pad to keep temps up and a cfl for seedling. once they get a little bigger ill switch over to my hps

if he puts his plant in a 3gallon pot he can yeild 2.5 to 4oz depending the strain cause it looks like he got enought light to support i super plant if u veg it for long enough

just some bagseed hope to get some white rhino eventually. Thanks for the input thou.

day 3-no change in plant looks, just a bit taller seeds have not popped
