So ... yeah. I turned 25 today! No parties planned, no weed to smoke... but I'm in for one helluva good meal and there's a cake with my name on it just WAITING for me... so I really can't complain. 
I got two new books today, both of them are fucking excellent. First is 'Gonzo: The Life of Hunter S. Thompson'. It's an oral history compiled by the people at Rolling Stone magazine. I'll gobble that one up in no time. The other book I got was 'Junky' by William S. Burroughs, a 50th anniversary edition to replace my old copy... which had basically fallen to pieces a few years ago. Both books were given to me by my father... who usually just signs his name onto whatever it is my mother has gotten me. No, he did his own shopping this year. Although, he did say he wants to borrow BOTH books when I'm done with him, so they might've been a gift for himself in some small way... XD But that's just my Dad. That is, indeed, how he rolls.
So... just spreading my joy. I hope everyone here is having a wonderful day. And smoke an extra one for me? Please?
