Please Help bad rez water after 2 days

I've been having the EXACT same problem, thats exactly the crap that my res is getting in it after a few days.
I think I might have just fixed it though. I suspected it was heat related, that my res was too warm, so I got some plastic 2 litre coke bottles, filled them with water, froze them, and put them in the res. It seemed to fix it, then when I forgot to put frozen ones in the next day, it came back.
So when the lights come on again in a few hours im going to flush again, and try cooling it down again with some more frozen bottles.
I've gotta think of a better long term solution though, theres no way im doing that two times a day for the next 90 days
If it does fix it, i might move my res out of my grow tent, and into the bedroom where it is a bit cooler, but I will have to redo the plumbing.What is your res temp? Does your Ph rise all the time?
Also man something else to check. I read today about this, and I've been doing it wrong.
Apparently your supposed to get your Ph right in your res BEFORE you put the nutrients in.
I had been filling it with tap water (which around here is Ph 7), then putting the nutrients in, then adjusting the Ph down to 5.8.
Apparently this is wrong. You should ph your water first, then add nutes, then check ph again. Im going to try this next flush.
The reason apparently is that if the Ph is out when you add nutes, it can lock out some nutes and they just settle on the bottom of your res.

i had bad reservoir conditions for quite a while ...i think it had to do with a combination of temp and definetly ph ....i think mine might have been diff than fungus tho

same problems here as of late.... my res stinks too. the bottle of nutes said keep it between 65 and 75, which I am doing, but it just isn't enough. i am using humbolt master A+B and never had this problem when just using GH nutes. i did use ginormous for the second two weeks, flush, feed, and then used big bud i am in week 4. the plants look nice, but i hope it is not some kind of root rot or fungus growing on my table.
My res temp is 68 Im using sensi A & B. have this same problem with my other rez in the next room. It started their from the beginning. And now is starting in the next room from the beginning. I think it came from some bad clones I got. They had root mites. I killed all the mites with merit 2f. The new Bach was just fine. Thats why I think it is some kind of fungus that spread from the other room. I add my a&b then ph because after adding A&B it is just about 5.8 not much adjustment need. Im using RO water.

NO! Adjust your ph last!
Add your hydro ingredients in the following order: 1) Water treatment, 2) Nutrients, 3) Supplements, 4) ph adjustment
Otherwise you are just wasting your time and ph solution because #'s 1,2 and 3 will each change the water's ph after they're added. Why adjust your ph multiple times other than tweaking it at the end?

Get a hydroponic cleaner like Bio Green Clean or a solution of chlorine water and saok and scrub everything. What you can't scrub or clean, replace. Then rinse everything very well.
If the plants are contaminated, you may have to cut your losses now so that you can have future grows. Too bad.
I don't recall if you are treating your water with any thing like Florashield, Hygrozyme (not my favorite) or something else. If your rez temps are going high then you need a good root protector and bacteria.
Ok I think I have an idea what might be happing. I have a hole house big charcoal filter that is about two years old the manufacture said it lasts about two years. Im on well water, no chlorine, this problem has been is to different rooms with 2 set of different colons. 2 different sets of medium, 2 different nets, I used, h202, Hygrozyme, it only slows it down, when I ad carbload it speeds it up. So the only thing the same is the water. So it must be some sort of bacteria that has built up on my filter system, or some bacteria that is coming from the water, thats why carbload speed it up, must be bacteria. so I removed the filter from the line, bleached all my line in the home and Im bleaching all the stuff including a light bleach thought the RO with a heavy rinse, I will h202 the plants and trays, and will start with fresh nuts with h202, hope this solves my problem ill lets u know, thanks for all the help.

I add hydrogen peroxide everytime I top off my res. Two tablespoons per five gallons.
In one of my reservoirs, the light goes straight into the solution. If I dont use hydrogen peroxide, my water smells like an aquarium after a few days.
With the hydrogen peroxide it stays clean as a whistle.

I put a cup of h202 after my last feeding and let it sit overnight. improved things a lot.

H2O2 will kill the all the bacteria even the good. How do you know that your lights are not causing the problems? As far as the PH goes you adj that last!
