I can barely even navigate around this site anymore.

Amazing how a Jack and Coke can fix a bad attitude. OK I'm done complaining.

Here is a condensed version of what I just wrote.

Update Day 44 or so:

Mendo Purps looking good, other than the fact I burnt the shit out of them early on. Still getting nice and fat. I moved them into the new big room, so I could put the little sedlings in the Dual Cab.

I finished up the new room. Couple minor things left to do but it's done for the most part.

Here is the passive intake I built. It pulls cool air in from outside via the window box I built.

It's basically just 2x2's skinned with Panda Film. Cheapest way I could think to do it.

And here is the inside.

The portable A/C I installed turned out be a piece if garbage. It didn't do a great job of cooling the room and caused a huge negative pressure problem. Made the tent suck in on itself.

I took it back and got a larger 12K BTU window unit and framed it in next to the room. Works like a charm, the room is cool as can be.

And I added a fan to blow the hot air away from the back of the A/C to avoid any heating issues. The hot air is sucked out by a couple of attic fans I have.

I ditched all the old ducting and installed some new insulated stuff I found at Home Depot. The old stuff did radiate alot of heat.

Pulling cold air in for the light cooling.

This guy keeps the air smelling nice and clean. Hope it performs as well when the room is full.

Lights on!

Thanks man. The new JTR seeds are doing alright. I burnt them a little though also. Put them into some good quality organic soil, that is just a little too hot for them. Since then I bought some Light Warrior and will use that for seedlings from now on.

I will start flushing next saturday and harvest the 27th.

Strawberry Cough and Green Crack clones I got from a clinic. My friend has smoked the end result from both of these plants so I know they are good.

Here's my stunted JTR seedlings. I put them in an organic potting soil base that was waaay too hot. I transplanted them from the potting soil to some Light Warrior and they perked up and starting turning green right away.

I made this putt!! Easy for some I'm sure, but not easy for me.

It's pool weather!!

Thanks fellas.

How's it going Hulk haven't seen you in awhile. You gonna update your grow soon?

Yea i hope soon, trying to find some time to work on my rooms, my little man likes me to play with him then when my girl comes home she wants me to spend time with her .... still trying to find some time for my self, so far only thing i can think of is staying up at night why there sleeping and working but then i still have to be really quite since its in the same room :-( i cant win lmao.

At the moment i have my new intake and outtake for the veg room but my 600mh bulb is one of those fat boy bulbs so the hurricane glass i was going to use to make a diy cooltube is to small the bulb wont fit so have to find something off to Micheal's today to see what i can find.

Your pool looks beautiful man the water is so blue. Its fun playing with the dogs in the water they act like puppys agian

Hey man... I just spent the last couple hours reading the grow from top to bottom.

I'm currently making the cabinet for my grow, but am using 5" Fence posts with 3" nets drilled for my flowering chamber, 2" nets for vegging, and 2" neoprene collars for my clones. Each plant is fed by 2 dedicated misters housed in the 5" fence posts. Posts capped at both end with 3/4 pvc entering the top of each rail to feed. 3 Bulkheads at the bottom of each fence rail. One on each end and 1 centered.

I won't fill up your post with pics.. I'll just link my grow when it's actually showable.

Each chamber has its own dedicated res outside the cabinet (plain old rubbermaid bins).

600w HPS for flowering, 4x 24" HO t5s (3x 6500 1x3000) on the vegg with 1 24" 6500 HO t5 on the clones.

Any thoughts on the setup before it goes into full swing?

I'm in CA with my card and trying to stay legal. From what I read at the begining, you're under the same?

From what I can tell of the laws in state (my county is same as state regs) I'm allowed to have 12 immature "OR" 6 mature plants. immature meaning rooted not flowering, and mature meaning rooted, flowering.

Am I reading this right? If so, how did you get around this to maintain so many immature plants at the same time you had your flowering in full-swing while staying legit?

Amazing grow by the way. I went with the fence posts because it seemed to be the shortest option out there when I'm stuck in a stealth cabinet grow. Haven't found the right cabinet yet, and may end up paying my brother to fabricate something like your origional dual-cab.

I really appreciate any input you have. I ripped a couple ideas for my grow from everyone I've read online and am much less innovative than yourself.

Look forward to your next harvest pics!

Your set-up sounds like it will be great. How big is your cabinet going to be? You could possibly have heat issues with a 600W light in a cabinet, unless you have the light cooled efficiently.

Yes I'm under the card too. I also grow for my brother who has a card so I'm allowed 12 budding plants and 24 non-mature plants. I also have two other friends who have cards, so I want to find out if it's legal to grow for them to. Although my room will be pretty full at 24 plants.

Thanks for stopping by. Good luck with your grow. Keep us posted. Feel free to post pics in here if you want.

Hey thanks for the reply!
On the heat issue, I was thinking of a design very similar to yours with a cool-tube, duct in, duct out with a couple A/C 3-5" fans depending on the housing I find cheapest haha.

I'm still in the buying stage. I have all the plumbing ready to go, just have to get the cabinet, which I'm hoping to figure out today.. I am currently shopping for a new house so it makes it tough knowing what sort of space I'll have. At worst case, I can have a dual-cabinet... one flower one with clone above veg below...

Because I'm stuck to 6 mature right now, I'll probably not have a mother, as I've had pretty good experience so far just cutting clones from my ladies right before they go into flower..

The other thing I want is the biggest yield possible if I'm stuck to 6. (wife may get her card soon upping that to 12). I imagine multi-headed beasts of plants in SCOG or some similar fashion for high-yields

I've got my aero setup for fast harvest, and am designing everything in a 3d modeling software using things I find at home depot and aero shop for references.. I just have to figure out how much space my max of 6 (possibly 12) flowering plants will need to give me a perpetual harvest of at least 3oz / month (just enough for smoke and edibles..)

Once I've figured out flower cab size, or find a perfect cabinet that tells me my flower size, I can finally start cutting this pipe filling my garage up to length haha.

For now, I'm designing the circuit boards to be sent out for fabrication which will hopefully get me to some level of automation.. I program for a living, so all I've finished so far is turning cooling on at a temp, heat at a temp, and also controls the light cycles. Interface to modify the settings with a small lcd I have laying around is done too (only works in testing as obviously, the circuits need to be printed)

the thing I'm fighting with while I wait for my cabinet to fall in my lap is automation of the Lucas Formula. For veg and flower both, bloom / micro is always at a 2/1 with different potency. So I'm working on 3 smaller res that feed the 3 other large res with different bloom / micro potency in each. 2 with ph up and down 1 with the combined nutes and a water inlet. Servos control a 1/10 gal/sec valve. Gravity should do the rest. Problem is getting consistent distrubition.. Oh well, I can grow without this working. Cab is first priority.

I'll make up some renders of the setup so far if you want. Can really use any advice.. First time doing any sort of grow that's more than sticking 2in dirt with a light cycle
