i water them 1 a week or when the soil is dry and 1 inch down. i gave them there 1st dose of nutes yesterday 25% recomened strength. 250 watt hps its 20 inchs away from plants good air movement temp 70-78 and i ph all my water

what is the temp in the room during lights on don't water by its dry one inch down lift the container it should be light as shit ,what are you doing wrong the plant will grow on its own left alone ,we make the changes that affect the grow

i have meters and yes i do have burn. and do know how to use meters prick. it just i was told to keep ppm at 1500. that was to high so droped to 1200. and now im at 900. these are nearing the end. wont go so high on next grow. my ph is 5.7 in veg then 6.0- 6.3 in flower and yes i have a ph meter. all my water is checked before it goes in. just dont tell me to get some thing and tell to learn how to use it. if you dont know what i have. go check my journal its all there. not getting in to a pissing contest. but yes i learning some thing every time i grow. grow 1-2 and 3 have all been a learning exsperiance. good smoke but yield suk. i know that some strains like nutes more than others. and i have 5 difference strains there. wont do that again.

my bad i guess i did sound rude on that. do u use tap water? if so, do u check the ppm of your tap water before use. a lot of texas has horrible tap water, but mine is quite nice (luckly). if ur tap water is higher than 250 ppm. u need to get some reverse osmosis going on. do u know what strain(s) ur working with? did u start out at 1200, or work ur way up to it?

np man no worries.yes i do use tap water but it sits in 5 gal buckets for 2 -3 days on the porch before i use it. with this new ac i put in my temps are in the low 70 so watering goes every 3 days now. Plants seem to like it better now. before it was in the upper 80. my strains here are blue berry, blue cheese, thai skunk, crystal, and thai skunk#1. then theres some bag. no i started out at 1500, and dropt down from there. Next time im going to start a lot lower . i use fox farm happy frog soil, for now. But im going to change over to airponic after this grow is over. No more dirt . My nutes are, botanic pro bloom, big bud advance nutes, was using sweet, but stoped, plants did'nt seem to like it. And i use nutes on every watering. all those plant are in there 9th week of flower.

just check my water and out of tap its 240 ppm at 7.6 ph. after sitting in buckets for 3 days its 60ppm and ph is the same well it raised to 7.7

I'm growing AK-48, Papaya, Pure Power Plant, Blue Mystic, and Bubblicious, all grown in good organic soil from local nursery, I PH all my water, they're 10 to 12 days old, I gave them their first light dosage of nutes 3ml pro-grow 2ml liquid karma, lights r 20 inches away from the tops, temp is 75-78 steady good air circulation rh 35-44.

there are probably ALWAYS narcs in all these threads. @PotPimp the info made it out about Joeschmoe being raided by the feds in South Bay Cali a few days ago. That bust has (supposedly) been traced back to ICmag. Just be smart and don't set up buy/sell meets here. Use IP randomizing software. Shit, I only grow for personal stash myself .....I might Smoke ya'll out if you're not a minor. Bragging about your 800 plant grow probably won't keep em off yr trail either.

Well I'm new to this site and glad to have quickly found the "Texas Growers" section, and hoping to make some new friends, in terms of posting, that is...Narcs on sites like this are a rational fear, of course they're here, but I suspect they do more reading than posting. Oh yeah reppin' the D/FW...I can't say I've personally grown any of these, but the local growers I know are all about growing anything purple, it seems to be all the rage around here still. Don't get me wrong--Purple shit is awesome, but I just love variety, so I seek it as much as possible, and recently I've able to find outstanding locally grown specimens of both Sour Diesel and Super Silver Haze. The SSH is experiencing a quick growth in popularity too as soon as people see the actual product, and how absolutly coated in crystals the buds are. I have pics of some of the SSH and Purple GrandDad nugs I could post if anybody cares...Later

Hey cutman - I went through this whole thread about a week ago, and if I'm not mistaken...weren't you the one that grew some Nirvana Crystal?

I'm going to be placing an order soon, and am interested in this strain for my first "non-bagseed" grow (along with a Cali Orange).

I'll be growing with FF soil and 600w HPS & am interested in how happy you were with growth, production, and smoking satisfaction. Was she a nute hog, or not so much?

Yes i did, an still am, she an easy strain to grow, after my last bout with her. I kept the ppm to high and slow her down in growth. But good yields can be done. Smoke is sweet if cured right. The high is more of a creeper body high. i like it, and am keeping the strain going all year. I use ff as well. But going to change over to airponics after this grow and, am exspecting better yield and faster growth. But as a hole a very good strain. I know lower nutes is the way to go with this lady, they are burnable. I was at 1500ppm and i think they liked 7-900 better or they seem to now. Buds are really crystallizing really well. Going to be taking 4 this weekend and hanging them. they look alsome. i will let you know this batch is better than the last. They have more crystals all over. but i cure for a month before smoking. well try to lol
