is my plant ill or has it hermied pics ?

Im a first time grower so im not sure what i hav done! when i started to flower it i thought i had a lovely girl but im not so sure now. i think my lights were to close and burned them because they had hairs to start off with.
its bagseed and im not sure how long its been flowering for i think about 8 weeks
165w cfl's and a soil grow.

No your plant is not ill and I can't tell from the pictures if it has turned hermi. Look at the buds close and if you see little bananas or seed pods then yes its a hermi.

That plant looks more Indica dominant than Sativa which means that it finishes flowering faster. Might be time for harvest very soon.

Might also want to get a pocket microscope or something with at least 30x magnification so you can look at the trichs on your buds. When you got about 5%-10% amber they are ready (personal preference on amber trichs).

so u think my plant mite be ready to harvest.
would it be better if i cut the top colas off and let the bottom buds mature or just harvest the hole thing.

sorry i should hav said but i have two plants and the right one is the one i think is hermied because 3weeks in to flowering i thought it had a few balls so i choped them off and i think i got them all

It5s impossible to see all the male preflowers some will open up inside of a bud.Your plants look good tho and i would give it another week or 2 see if they fill in more.Add some more cfls if u can.

i'v got one big boy cfl 120w then i got 2 normal ones 20w ers i mite b able to add 4 more of the 20w ers do u think it will make much difference

You should look at the trichs to see if they are done or not. You want milky trich heads not clear trich heads. Also most would desire a little bit of amber head trichs in there as well.

BTW you can harvest diff parts of the plant at diff times. Like the top might finish first because the light doesn't penetrate to the lower stuff. You could harvest the top and then let the bottom mature more.

let it grow fer a nother week er two.....let them fatten up......no matter if you got hermies or not...If you do, you have the genetics to grow the same stuff over an over....and it's too late to do anything about it anyhow....if there ARE seeds in there let them mature also...it's not gonna change the quality of the weed...
Remember to flush them with pure water a week before you harvest them, and then that final week, dont water at all let them "produce the resin"............it will dramatically improve the taste and aroma of the finished bud....
