In some excerpts, the reader may be led to believe the words are indeed from Paul, a resident of Lake Jackson, Texas. In the "Ron Paul Political Report" from October 1992, the writer describes carjacking as the "hip-hop thing to do among the urban youth who play unsuspecting whites like pianos."
The author then offers advice from others on how to avoid being carjacked, including "an ex-cop I know," and says, "I frankly don't know what to make of such advice, but even in my little town of Lake Jackson, Texas, I've urged everyone in my family to know how to use a gun in self defense. For the animals are coming."

I never said Ron Paul was racist. He probably isn't. This is not even the issue, so why include me? I made NO claim about Paul, but continue to misrepresent my arguments please.

I know some of his supporters (close family members), and I was describing their mindset and why they like Paul so much. Paul may not be racist, but I know many of his supporters certainly are. They like him because they THINK he's like them (racist). When, as I stated, he may very well be an upstanding guy. I dismiss him solely on the grounds that he's from Texas .

Its all ancient history as far as Paul is concerned, these issues got brought up 20 years ago and were squashed then.

The examples I gave you were from the mid to late 90s. That is not 20 years ago... though they went on for more than 20 years. His reply has been flat out denial of knowledge that they existed and were penned in his name. His response to "catering to racists" which is an action unbefitting a leader on its own merit, was to disavow all knowledge of them. Not presidential. Not even close.

You can show me all the friends of Paul you want who "don't think he is a racist" and I will show you friends whom would benefit from their friend being president.

You mean to tell me, that for 20+ years he put out newsletters under his own name, and never read them... and furthermore had no idea who was writing for him. How do you not have anything to do with a paper which bares your own name that you DO write articles for? How do you not get feedback on WHAT you have put in print under your name?

Reverend Wright evidently didn't focus on sensationalism until "Audacity of Hope" came out, focusing worldwide attention to the church.


Obama simply said that he didn't discuss this anti-american crap on the pulpit or in private, until recently.
