just watched the your vid mygirls, thanks for putting it out there. I have yet to have a clone take root, but i have never made the little slits in the steam either so i will have to give it a try.

Tough luck about the males bro but dont let that stop you from growing again we have all been there.

well i have figured it all out except for the fukin clones ... i have tried three diff light and humidity stages and all fail... ugh they rot at the base or just die,, ive had them mold, and all else

heat and freash air.. they have to be harm and also need air.. i leave my dome on 24/0 and never had any mold.. don't give up try and try again, it willwork out

Hey Dudes, forgive me, but after reading 3 pages of this I'd find it highly UNLIKELY that anything you try will FAIL. LOL dudes but really poor. The blind leading the blind.
Where you take the clone from and how big the stem of the clone is very important. Buy a freaking dome for Christ's sake, where do you live in a cave? 5mm clones are the best size of stems, the upper 1/3 is the choice location. Cloning when in flowering is so what? It's very difficult to root, then reverse much time is lost for what? You too slow to do it on time?
And any nuts while attempting to root will slow it way down or stop the roots from even forming. You're trying to grow roots not keep a plant alive. Pure water is all they get, keeping the grow medium DAMP so the roots have to go looking for water. Once you see the tips of roots showing through, transplant then into 4 inch containers, THEN START TO FEED THEM! I'll bet a hundred dollars to your one that you got yellow leaves and root rot from following the advise offered here. You might consider buying a Grocloner.com for 159.00$ It clones 52 cuttings in 6 days and has a 99% strike rate. Check it out on the web. Rockwool sucks because of the ph. GREMS are factor as everything you use to clone has to be pristine , , , EVERYTHING.
Don't jump on me now, and don't say you've made it work "your way", , even a blind goat finds a turnip once in awhile. Keep learning by reading and the rollitup offerings on the subject. "A batch of clones in rockwool" is a good place to begin. Great pic, and a tutorial to go with it.

Generally once you dip into the powder and then tap off the excess that should be enough. I know Weed Wrold last month said to use nutes when cloning. I have done it both ways and had great success using and not using nutes. You don't really need them to clone, but make sure you spray them everyday about 1/2 way through the light cycle. I like to give a light foliar feed with my spray but be careful. With no roots the leaves are the only thing the cutting has to breathe and take in nutes. If you add to much foliar spray the blant will die. If you aren't used to using it, then just straight water. Also when taking cutting make sure you put them under water to trim to avoid any air from getting in the stem.

as a matter of fact i do live in a cave and i am smoking some good shit. so if u feel u need to smart off to make urself feel good then go for it my self esteeem is still the same brother., i cannot find a dome large enough for this kind of cutting, i used cling wrap in my first attemt and the humidity was off the chart and they rotted at the point of contact with soilless mix. so i removed and sprayed next atttempt, fail(mold). i think my problem is letting air in the stem. have not cut then recut only cut once. i do app your advise and will keep trying..

acouple of 1 by 2 and sum plactic and you have a dome.you will make them root don't worry bro.

i always thought the lower braches were best for cloning, they arent getting much light and plenty of nitrogen. Everybody has different opinions. Make some hash, I just chopped a healthy boy the other day.

i feel that lowwer branches are better for cloneing also, but you don't want that much nitregon stored in the. they root faster this way. thats why takeing clones in 1 to 2 weeeks in flower is the best time to clone..

i too could let my head swell cuz of my monster grows but i don't, hell i would be ableto get in to the room to tend to them. LOL i just share what little i know in hopes it helps other grows to achive the same..hell ain't that what we are all here for...:weed:
