Thanks man. I'm gonna lollipop this mother fucker and only keep one cola. I also was thinking about pulling them just alittle early and let them dry out in a jar.
I was wondering time wise 5 weeks from the start of flower?
How do you get the male pollen out of a room once your done your grow if you have a problem?
This is my 5th grow and never had a male yet. I do need to get one of my ladies prego so I don't need to pay the high seed prices.

Id let them go until they are done. Most of ur yield is going to come in the last few weeks either way. Besides that the quality of ur bud is only going to end up that much better as well. If u have to u can take lower colas. But id let the tops mature. And only take what u need as u go.
All i did was spray the walls of my tent down with tap water. And mop the floor up with a rag. Havent seen a bean since.
I only let a few of the sax open up man. Be real carefull. The more u let open up the more its gonna contaminate ur tent.
Just let some open. Shake the male out and let the pollen hit the females.
I ended up with a bunch of beans this way.
Couldnt imagine i would have ended up with any bud if i let the male live any longer.
LOL but i hear u on making beans. Sure beats buying them.

How is it going everyone! I will hopefully be getting my new mothers going here soon in the DWC. I am running IONIC right now and looking to make A nut change! I was wondering what everybody is using from seedling to mother stage for there nut's. Any ideas would be great, My first pick right now is eaither the flora grow from GH or the grow big from FF!

My nutes consist of Botanicaire Pro grow and Flower and Cal-Mag.

For moms.. Its really hard to keep a mom in DWC without it out growing a grow area real FAST. It is possible to keep them healthy ur going to have to Follow the directions on ur grow bottles. But be carefull. Most of the time what the manufacturers suggest to add greatly exceeds proper ppms.
I use them as a guide and try to cut them accordingly i guess.
But use ur nutes as suggested as ur plants mature.
U will most likely have to either kill. Or rotate ur moms into the lineup if u plan on keeping them in DWC tho.
Ive done this too.. Just keep ur actual tops from ur current generation moms and run the cuts if possible if not make oil out of them.
Unless u have a wharehouse to keep full.

Looking good bro. Are u implenting cal-mag or anything equivelant to ur grow?
It looks to me like i see a bit of deficieny starting to happen by the spotting in the leaves..
If ur not bro.. That should help her out alot.. And in the process put some Frosting on her as well she looks like she wants to get all nice and wet...
Looks nice tho ur going to have a some nice colas..

Yeah, the spotting on the leaves was my fault. Needed to give it a bath in some water and peroxide to clean up the root mass a bit.

I used too much peroxide so she got a little singed but other wise it didn't even phase her haha.


Also, I know that cal = Calcium. and Mag = Magnesium.

but are you talking about any specific product?

My bad bro. I see its only on a leaf.
Same thing kinda happened to me just pouring my nutes into the res without mixing and diluting them with water first.
They look good man props.
Ill try to get an update together.
Mine still look like babies. But are growing about 3-4 inches daily.
Ive already raised my lamp today and will probably have to do so again.
I also gave them another lollipop session earlier. Its getting quite cramped.

So, I am thinking that next grow of this stuff, I am going to keep her shorter.

I am having a heck of a time trying to keep that main cola from committing suicide on the light.


Also, I have some questions on harvesting considering I am only about 3 weeks away from harvest time (i think......).

I have read a few different opinions on harvesting/drying/curing. So I was just wondering if this sounds like a good way to do all that.

Please let me know if I would be making any mistakes in this outline.

1. Cut up the plant in to long branches.
2. Hang the harvest and dry for 1 week or until the bud has a "crispy" feel to them. making sure that I have something to circulate the air, and try to keep the RH around 50 - 60 %.
3. Trim away the stems and none-frosted fan leaves, between the buds.
4. place in mason jars, and "burp" them every few hours for about a week then move to a couple of times a day for another 2 - 3 weeks. Also be sure to store them in a dark place as thc degrades in light.

I just bought a Steath Hydro DWC Bucketeer (i can only grow one plant safely at the time being). My question is what kind of yield can i get off one(1) plant?

Well, if you play your cards right, you can get upwards of 2 - 3 ounces. More if you use some super cropping techniques.

Im not really sure because i never actually used this system.I dont know about the Bucketeer. How it works. Or how plants will grow with the nutes.
Can say however u could expect up too 7 zips or more/plant depending on strain from seed with minimal VEG time in a simple regular bucket with a pump and air stone using proper nutes and keeping things dialed in.
