Ok ya'll. . . should I Hydro or Soil? Convince me. . .

If you're curious you could try submerging just one soil mix container in an oxygentated nutrient solution (water with a fish tank bubbler) and compare the results to a conventionally watered one. It might sound crazy but I've just begun experimenting with it and my garden is thriving.

I say soil 2..... I started with soil and grew beautiful plants...now I grow with coco and I love it
Still it was good to start with soil and build up to a hydro setup... I must have one of the simplest hydro systems though... they are called autopots and work great with coco

i say soil only because its your first grow every
but if it wasnt then dro it out

and soil is also gr8 for personal stash grows a harvest every 3 or 4 months. 3 times a year type of shit
but for larger shit that you have to keep going like atempting a harvest every 2 month you need dro, 25 + plants kind of stuff

We smoke alot. . . there's 4 of us under the same roof and I'm sick of getting ripped-off buying bad weed! Hell at this point, I wouldnt mind being ripped-off if it was good smoke! I've already been to jail once and don't plan on goin back so I told everyone in the house that I'm takin it upon myself to try and grow us A LOT of badass weed! but 25+ plants would be beyond my skill level but I'll get there one day!

I like to compare to hydro vs soil @ the store ie think of huge, often pale tomatoes you see at the store sometimes, they are big and cheap but they taste like cardboard imo, then the best tomatoes are the soil grown ones, which are more expensive and smaller but better quality, so I think a lot of it comes down to yield vs quality and quality vs effort

I say do both. Start simple with the hydro, 1 plant small res, if ya keep it alive long enough you can move it to a five gal bucket. I read alot and started with hydro.

I say soil because its just easier to learn. You would have to read alot for hydro and learn alot more. Not saying one is better then the other because niether is. They are different and have their own unique bonuses. But for your first go soil.

If yer a newbie just get Miracle gro regular potting mix, not the organic its too strong, but the moisture control mg is ok too. Thats a guaranteed grow for a newb. Just water when top 2 inchwes of soil is bone dry. For a reference I will show pics of my plants on miracle gro. Just remeber to flush before last 2 weeks of flower and then just plain water.
