My good buddy got pulled over with 26 grams of sum good grass and like .25 of a gram of sum hash in another bag.

He got searched, they found his shit, and are charging him with 2 felonies + felony 4 not stopping (he was on a highway and wanted to wait 4 the first place to pull in)

hes getting a felony for an ounce of grass, even though he only had 26 + a felony 4 the hash since it was in another bag he got (attempt to distribute )

fuck that shit

yeah man, cops will do all sorts of illegal shit unless you get the right lawyer
...they're expensive, but I think it's worth it. you also get to stick one to the system-haha

Yeh i mean, literally this highway im refering to his crosses all over it for the people who have died on it. There was no where to pull over and they gave him felonly for not stopping and pretty much harassed the hell out of him and slammed him on the ground when he got out of the car and did what they said. He said the shit was hidden rly well in a bag in the back not obvious to be rolling around with sum grass, but the cops told him since he didnt stop that was probable cause. he was already in cuffs and pretty bruised up by this pt so rly nothing he could do but sit in the back of the cop car and watch. im so sick of the crap and these lame ass cops. One of the cops that arrested him was like 22 years old. O yeh and i forgot they completely trashed his car, ripped the back seet out, didnt unhatch it, literally ripped it off hindges. ripped his dash off, cracked it. Cant stand the law and how we have to kiss there ass kiss-ass

sadly, yeah that is probable cause......he could try to get a judge and/or jury or district attorneys to believe his story of not pulling over cuz he couldnt and if that dont work ask for a plea deal. he will probally have all but 1 of the charges just read into the record and just give probation for the one with the help of a good (and most likely expensive as hell) lawyer of course. why were they pullin him over in the first place? does he have any criminal background?

btw i still agree its fucking bullshit too, your friend got fucked over. i hate even seeing people on tv get busted for pot....it pisses me off so much though, cops ruining people lives over 1/2 lb of weed or less. while a drunk driver can get 4 or 5 dui/dwi 's before they kill a family going to church cuz they were fucking wasted (i saw it happen once, had nightmares for weeks. big old truck just destroyed the familys small car and killed 4 of them and the other cant move from the neck down. could you imagine how much that would suck? i'd probally kill myself. ive lost about 10 friends to drunk drivers in my young life(23). it really fucks up your mind, especially when i was supposed to be with them.

the moral of the story is If the cops are pulling you over don't look for a safe place to pull over, stop asap and make them walk along the busy highway.

Man do like I do i tell the laws u can search but plz dnt fuk up my car. I don't want any problems gettin started.... They might say sumthin bUt I mean shit it's my cAr... I'd Smash on that. Cop after his shift wait for em lol
