Security question: electricity usage pattern?

I know this is a kind of old post, but I just wanted to say that I personally dont feel like the 12/12 thing is a big deal. Lots of other things require 12/12 lighting cycles. Perhaps your growing a plant in general or perhaps you have pets such as my snakes who require 12 hours on 12 off. I do not personally grow but do keep alot of snakes, enough to be on a noticeable 12/12 cycle and to have had a big electricity jump but I have yet to have any douche bags come questioning me about it.

Been thinking about this for a while.. what if you have two seperate flowering rooms on exact opposite 12/12 schedules.. the moment one turns off the other is always flipping on?

Constant average pwr usage?? or am i missing something here..

Just veg under some T5's or something and then throw everything in for flower..

Im pretty sure that most companies primarily stick to monitoring the kwh and nothing else. I really dont think that they even check the cycles in which you use your lights but even if they did there is alot more that requires light cycles besides just weed plants, I really think its just a guilty conscience type thing where you know what your doing so you believe they do but truth is they cant just go sticking their nose in everyones business just because of a spike in use or cycling, people dont like nosy and what people dont like is typically bad for business.

Agree. but newer developments are using the digital meters that can have other data then just the kwhr readings the old wheel style have. It doe shelp them gauge the power they need where and when.

But the bad for biz, kinda stumps me. I only have one choice for my power. They can be as bad as they like and i'm stuck with them.
