BTW my roomie was with the secret service on the US Supreme Court detail (3 of the Justices and three diffent terms) and is hired by other nations to teach their dignitaries how to combate- counter terrorisum. He still has Top Secret Security Clearence.

That's why the supreme Court is now in play. It has to do with the DIFFERENT WAYS that they handleed Live Birth and Certified Live Birth records in that day. Hence the reason ALL the other facts coming to play. Like what the Kenyan news org stated.

We just have to accept that Obama is getting away with being an illegal president. The courts are not going to remove him, nor do I think they should. If there were a smoking gun to emerge then he would be forced to resign, and that would be better. But he thought of that long ago and made sure everything is locked up. That's ok though. As badly as he is failing now it won't be much longer. Look for Biden to resign before long (health reasons) and Hillary to be VP. How would you like your heartbeat to be the only thing standing between Hillary Clinton and the white house?

If it gets into court, it won't be rejected. If that was the case Obama would have simply produced the BC a few months ago when an officer sued in military court. Rather than comply to a simple request from one officer to the Commander in Chief.... (completely appropriate and legal), Obama let the guy out of the service.

What does that tell you? Obama knows if it gets to an actual court .. he's cooked.
