dunno mate maybe a couple of 400 watts in ya veg room and a couple of 600 in ya flower room

if it was me id be happy with one 400, and one 600

I got 2 rooms self built from materials from bunnings, its seems its the place to be.

both rooms 1.8m height x 2.4 length x 1.8 wide 1 vege room, 1 flower room all mylar reflection, I kind of wish I just bought the grow tents alot easier i think lol...
600w Lumatek digital MH/HPS ballast
600w Growlush MH/HPS ballast

Im currently only using a 600w GE Lucagrow HPS as my 600w Growlush MH was like a faulty bulb, and the jackass I bought it from hasnt sent me a replacement.

Im currently debating if I should use 2x600w per room, or 1x600w & 1x400w per room, or 2x400w in flower room & 2x600w in vege room

Im not sure what combo would work best... If I knew I could getaway with not using too much power ie getting caught I would like to run 4x1000w


its a werid size 600w as its hard to find MH in 600w, that arent convertor bulbs that do both...


Since I smoke alot I thought I should look at growing it myself, and the more I read the more I got hooked on the idea of growing it for myself...

so being you built them yourseld you got good temp control?? i got a 400w MH for veg, nothing wrong with yer veg really. i dont see any reason why you can't just use the one 600w HPS for flower, maybe chuck a few cfl's around it to keep it cooler but amp up on light a bit? if yer just starting at it, keep it simple for now - it's enough just getting them to grow live and produce bud lol worry about tweaking stuff along the way

One of em im 90% sure is female but the beautiful bushy sativa i think could be male,ill give it a few more days just to be sure.

Why are they flowering already they get full sun pretty much all day these 2,is it possible i planted too early??

Talk about crazy lil fuckers i own a rat and he liked getting baked. He just sit next to me n chill out commin straight up to me as soon as he smelled the smoke commin out of my mouth in till i stoped smokin bud after 5 years on the shit . This is for fun and the occasional cone when i want it. So as i'm sayin quality is not that much of a worry. I here growing is addctive tho and fuck I'v got a very addictive personality hahah.

Im currently debating if I should use 2x600w per room, or 1x600w & 1x400w per room, or 2x400w in flower room & 2x600w in vege room

y wud u reduce the lighting for ur flower room? You should increase.. Run 2 x 400W in ur veg room & 2 x 600W in ur Bloom room..

I just ordered some seeds from seedsman, I wonder how long they will take to get to me, I got the following: G13 Haze (5 Seeds Fem) Red Dragon (5 Seeds Fem) Violator Kush (5 Seeds Fem) Wild Thailand (7 Seeds) Utopia Haze (5 Seeds Fem)

Im mega excited, the plants I already got going are just from randoms mixes here and Im unsure what sex they will end up being, I put 2 clone plants in my flowing room 2 days ago, so hopefully Ill find out the sex soon....

let us know if ya get em. i'm ready to order just looking for my restaraunt

They Do not need a warrant. They can just be flying over and if your place lights up like a beacon then they work at getting a warrant to do a search. Use C3-anti detection film. its like mylar but stops them from seeing it under infared. I use it.

Choice set up I got two mh "Powerplant super veg" 600 running on hps gear for veg and 2 x600 osram hps for flower.So far so good.

I think my week old clones are scared shitless every time I come near them.... all that plant murdering and cutting I've been doing the last 24 hrs..... I know......

the next few weeks are gonna be busy with getting everyone going..... and my m8 is incubating about 60 odd seedlings which are going strong......after we plant them out ...it will only be once every two or so weeks when we go bush for the day.....I'm looking forward to the bush trips.....
apparently there is a snake and a wombat who live at the patch...cute.... the wombat.... snakes arent so bad if you dont step on them by accident ....so heres hoping I keep my feet on solid ground

Thanks for all the help full hints, I just found out I have a problem with my power requirements, and now Ill be moving my grow to a different room in my house, berry berry gay, I put up some new pics when we have moved over the weekend, all my hard work only to move into the room next door, berry berry gay....:s
