Did have a look at the mini plant does look like a similar strain but i crossed bigbud into my stuff for size and structure and then recrossed bubblegum shaman and blueberry back into it to make it potent again.
The bud on my keyboard is just one half of one top,that indica of mine had 8 tops originally.
Because i use techniques to create a lot of resin that one half top will weigh when its dried about 28 grams.
I only have 3 feet of height to work in and a 400 watt hps but i have almost 8 oz dried off of one short fat plant because i fimmed it into 8 tops and used fatening/resin making growing techniques.
Resin weighs a lot more than leaf and bud,more resin=more weight,so even if a plant looks bigger than mine it doesn't mean that it weighs more.
Anyway your doing great for a beginner and when you get some powerful proper lights you will get some bigger buds im sure.
If i had any advice to give you i would say cross some kind of white strains into the plants that you have now,so you get big plants that are still as strong as the small yielders.

My point was to try to emphasise how much bud you can yield from a small space grow.
Your buds are fine no diss was aimed at you or your weed,i just wanted to let you know how much you can get off of one plant even in a confined cupboard space.
I grew that from seed to weed in 12 weeks and it will yield about 224grams dried weight.
Next year sometime i will improve that yield by adding led side lighting to get fatter lower buds.
Anyway hope you didnt think i was slating your grow,just trying to offer helpful info,yes i am old

WTF? 12 weeks from seed to harvest, and you get 8oz off one plant? Impossible.
Veg' time has a direct link to yield. If you only veg for 4 weeks then the maximum you could get is 1.5 oz, and that's from a big budder.
In your pic', that plant has nowhere near 8oz dry weight.
8 oz is IMPOSSIBLE in 12 weeks from one plant... that's 1/2 a pound. Some people don't even get that from outside grows where the thing has vegged for months.

I saw that bud on your keyboard, looks nowhere near an oz. Looks around an 8th to a Q. In fact, there's no way there's a dry oz on that keyboard.

And there was me thinking that you finally had some faith in my old fashioned high yielding growing techniques,lol
Anyway dude that was only half of one of the smallest tops,originally there were 8 tops,2 were seeded lower tops,one half of one is on top of my keyboard.
The bud in question on my keyboard spans almost 17 keys of a full size instrument and you think its an eighth?
Anyway dude the buds almost dry now and still weighs 31 grams,i estimate probably another 6 grams at the most will be lost by the time its finished,so hopefully 25 grams dried for that small half top.
The large bud thats still growing in the picture is almost 3 times that size.
Anyway 8 tops,the smaller ones lets say will yield at least 50 grams each wet the big one probably 100 grams wet,so we have 7 tops x 50 g wet and one big one at 100 g which should be getting on close to 8 oz dry if i hadn't of seeded 2 other tops would have been more.
It would seem that as i have said before that a lot of light weight fluffy shit is grown by people,these are my ways to avoid it.

My bud is very sticky.
People can take or leave my advice,to be honest i never realised how much grief i would receive just for showing how i grow.
What may not be apparent is the hardness,density and resinous quality of the bud in the pics.

Yes dude a 400watt dual spectrum hps and 2 fluro tubes.my biggest bud only gave me 45 grams wet and 13 grams dried. but i guess its not bad for a first grow?? im on my way to become a better grower, i only used cfls, Natmoon you used hps lighting i supose. looks tastey
Sorry we are posting in your thread,you did great for a new grower you should be proud of yourself getting that with cfls.
You can only get better,maybe you should get yourself a hps and see what you can do with one.

Sorry we are posting in your thread,you did great for a new grower you should be proud of yourself getting that with cfls.
You can only get better,maybe you should get yourself a hps and see what you can do with one.
