Interesting questions.
Islam is by definition expansionist. In every Country Muslims conquer, they destroy the existing places of worship and erect Mosques on the ruins. This is meant to symbolize the dominance of Islam over other cultures. Spain has numerous mosques built on the ruins of Churches.
In the case of the Dome, it was built on the ruins of the first and second Temples - the most holy site in Judaism.
Muslims believe that Muhammad journeyed to this spot in a dream and ascended to heaven. There is no implication what so ever that Muhammad ever actually went there.
There are other sites in Israel that have been desecrated by Muslims during their occupation. There is even an ancient cemetery that was desecrated and the tombstones stolen and used to make toilets. Do you remember the giant statues of Buddha that were destroyed for being offensive to Islam? I forget where that happened but...

hitler secretly attacked their capital and blamed it on terrorists, which is what motivated the public to join in on the nazi bandwagon. its all declassified now, look it up.

the reasons why economies fail is when population outruns the growth of production.
if there are 3 people, and only 1 sandwitch, it doenst matter how much money they all have...
the only way that all 3 can have a sandwitch is if someone gets off their ass and makes 2 more.
supply... and demand.
as populations rise, demand rises, and if supply doesnt increase (people work to produce MORE things than yesterday)...
then items become more expensive.. and take more work to afford.
thats the definition of a bad economy... when you have to work a lot, and afford very little with your pay.
to make your pay go a longer way... you have to be part of making the expensive items less scarce so that more peoples money can afford it.
Interest rates, stock market, political parties.... this is all illusions for the masses to keep them distracted from the reality of shortage.... and that the only cure for shortage is WE need to work harder, or WE need to stop consuming.
Best way to change someones work ethic for life is have them participate in a war where they have to hussle or a bullet rips their head in half.
best way to reduce the number of people consuming is also war.
This is why after every war is over, economies are at their best.

It's stupid to deny the holocaust. There is too much overwhelming evidence.
I will say I don't believe the amount of Jews killed in terms of population ratios. I really think Jews over do that number by a lot for added sympathy. They claim well over 2/3rds of the world's Jews were killed off. A 66.6666% drop in any population can take years to redevelop (even with birth and converts). Yet we some how have over 13 million Jews in the world. These numbers just don't added up. Seriously. I think they're made up a bit. Thats just my opinion.
P.S. I know what happened to the Jews in WII is pretty terriable, but it's nowhere near as bad as some of the shit going on in Africa today. Seriously people need to move on and forget about the holocaust and start helping the people that need it most now! The world's Jews have it good compared to Africans. I mean that. Jews are some of the richest people on Earth. Let the Jews worry about the holocaust and move on.
On top of that their population is tainted by the fact that 52% of their population (and rising) is all males. Seriously chinese men are going to have problems with finding mates...Lets see how that helps out their economy. If anything you'll see civic unrest with people abducting women, raping women, and buying female sex slaves from other parts of the world.
Furthermore China is experiencing massive population growth (it's slowed down since the 1970s), but that number is some like double what the western world sees as normal (I think its 1.7 new people per fertile women). It really costs a lot to take care of your old and sickly. Not only that but there simply is a finite amount of jobs in this world. Their labor market is directly tied with what Americans buy (Americans do the most business with China).
You have to remember people in the 1980s thought Japan was going to over take the USA in terms of economic growth and development. That never came to be and most likely will never. Seriously no one spends more than Americans. We are a consumer culture. That alone is our greatest asset.
