My Bigger female is in a 5gal bucket and my littles ones just in a ceramic pot. Anyways I started using Schultz A P 28-8-16 and burned the hell out of my big plant now my leaves wont stop dying its working its way up from bottom to top I only did 2 feedings with it in a 2 week time period. Now im using Maxigro 10-5-14 mixed with Some Jamaican Bat Guano 1-10-0.2 (did first feed today) hope this works!.. But can any one help me with the leaf dying problem.:wall:

Sorry man, but that's what happens when you use all the wrong stuff to grow pot with. lol Nothing you need as far as soil and nutes go will be found at Wal-Mart, Lowes, or Homo Depot. This is what that shit does to your plants. Oh well guess you'll spend $20 on better soil next time huh?

Oh, and you don't have any pics like your post boasts. haha post boasts

Miracle-Gro Organic Choice Garden Soil will improve your soil quality to give you great results for your vegetable and flower gardens. Fertilizer is formulated to give double the yield. Slow releasing and feeds up to 3 months. May be used with all kinds of vegetables and flowers.
Your killing your plants everytime you try to add more nutes, MG organic has 3 months of food in it time released by water feeding. When it comes to soils like MG its very very easy to nute burn them since they are packed with nutes already. IMO flush the plants (at least the same amount of water to the size container i.e. 5gal bucket = 5gal water) STOP GIVING IT NUTES, and maybe they will be alright but most importantly STOP GIVING TIME RELEASED SOIL NUTES :-P

Also remember just by giving it water feeds it so when you flush dont go to crazy like the dude above said with the "35 gallons or water" thats BS

flush yore big plant give it 35 gallons of water! on one time! then the leafs wont fall any more.
Where on earth do you come up with 35 gallons? Ive never heard of anyone flushing at 7x before.

OP next time you use nutes, always start off at 1/4th. Did you flush the excess nutes out after you burned the piss out of your plants?

Are you losing leaves that were badly burned, or are you losing leaves that didn't get burned?

Oh and pics.

sorry everyone for some reason either it be my computer or my internet It will not let me upload the pics I will try after I get off work. When you flush make sure the water is PH's properly ;-) (i'm sure you know that just had to say it, ya know ;-))

Thank you so much everybody I will keep you updated I just flushed both my girls I hope the can recover also when should i take cuttings before or after flower? (I thought before but wasnt sure)

is there an organic way to get the ph down i dont want to use any chems unless i have to
I don't understand the whole "non-chemical" thing. The "non-chemical" solutions to pH have the basic ingredient in common, a negatively charged particle.

the same thing i don't understand about the difference between mushrooms and LSD.... they both come from plants. but lsd is considered a 'chemical'

Mushrooms = High can last 1 hour to 8+ hours and you wont feel "ate up" the next morning off shrooms

LSD = Kinda like "Hash" version of shrooms, much more condensed if ya feel me. Heavy high that last for a long time despite your attemps to go to sleep or make it go away. Makes you feel like shit the next day too :-P

Organic = Mother earths goodness, tends to be more forgiving when it comes to overdosing on nutes, makes bud taste better

Chemical = Synthetic nutrients, easy to burn plants, tends to leave a "metallic" after taste (was said on high times grow vid about the taste thing so dont nay-say :-P)

I've taken both mushrooms and LSD many times. LSD comes from the ergot fungus, which in itself, can be lethally toxic, which is why they extract the LSD from it. and LSD is far more than just concentrated mushrooms in terms of effect..

My point is that a chemical is a chemical, and nature is full of chemicals. When we talk about organic vs. chemical horticulture, really what we are talking about is method of delivery. Organic fertilizers have many of the same chemicals that so-called chemical fertilizers do. The difference in organic fertilizers is how the chemical is delivered to the plant.

Bottom line is that I don't understand the delineation that people make between them so often. It's all the same shit, it just depends on how the plant found it.

I am using mg soil and had similar problem. I was over watering i cut back my watering and the problem went away. flushing mg is just going to release all the 3 months of fertilizer and burn the shit out of those plants. IMHO

yeah I agree bro, and was goofing with the whole shroom/lsd comparison earlier :-P. I'd prefer shrooms these days (love not feeling that crappy feeling from lsd the next day lmao)

I hope thats not the case but the girls already seem to be doing better and are starting new nodes(topped it and with the nute burn stunted growth but now all is well) anyone have any suggestions about soil to use for flower? and also I hear alot about giving plants molasses how should I go about doing this and should I even do this(was thinking about buying FloraNecter sweetener it has molasses and is supposed to make the bud taste sweet) Has anyone used this?:bigjoint:

I would never buy a product like that or any "sweetener" thats derived from molasses. Your just overpaying for something that costs a few bucks at walmart.

Whether its worth using or not, I have no clue. I have yet to see anyone do a side by side study and confirm/deny it makes them taste sweeter. All we have are anecdotal reports, which dont do us much good.
