is there any difference in giving plants cold vs warm water? or water at room temp?
I keep my water jugs in the room with my plants just so it's the same temp as the plants....Towards the end of flowering if you give your plants cold water it sometimes turns the buds purple due to shock. Other than that i would just give it room temp.
that actually sounds like a really good watering method! mix up your feed, into the freezer, then place on a mesh above the soil in the monring (this is assuming that ice cold water really isn't that abd for your plants, in that maybe it could help hermying etc, i don't honestly know)I've used ice to water many times with no ill affects. For one it lets the water soak into the soil much slower.
The melted ice water warms as it goes down into the soil.
